Covid Vaccination (A+ Lifestyle Medical Group)?

A large global study has identified two rare vaccine side effects in SARS-CoV-2-positive adolescents. The study found that single-dose mRNA-1273.222 was effective against COVID-19 based on successful immunobridging to the virus. However, strategies such as social isolation, personal hygiene, and frequent hand washing have been implemented to achieve sufficient herd immunity. The findings provide insights for clinicians, public health-care policy makers, and researchers about the long-term vaccine effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines.

T-cell responses decayed faster in 12-week interval groups than in 4-week interval groups. Extending vaccination interval from 4 to 12 weeks greatly improved the effectiveness of the vaccine. New variants, updated vaccines, and masking are being explored to protect people of all ages against severe COVID-19 illness. The 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine is especially important for those aged 65 and older, at high risk for severe COVID-19, or have never received one.

The Texas Department of State Health Services is asking vaccine providers in Texas to pause all administration of the Johnson and Johnson/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine. Bastrop County has hired Curative, a COVID-19 testing and public health services startup, to handle COVID-19 vaccinations. A+ Lifestyle Medical Group offers a wide range of services within their JACHO accredited facility, and Austin Public Health is expected to receive its weekly 12000 doses of the Moderna vaccine.

Research has suggested a connection between blood type and COVID, with links like type O blood being a lower risk for infection.

  • O neg low cholesterol, normal blood pressure I get energy from protein, but I like meat, eggs and dairy mix. Mt genealogy and my dairy farmer ancestors has adapted me for dairy going back 5,000 years. But starchy food puts weight on me and does not give me energy it puts me to sleep. I like non-starchy vegetables and some noncitric fruit (preferably homegrown)
