📹 Almond Butter is Great for Health…But You’re Doing it Wrong
Everyone loves almond butter (or peanut butter!) but did you know there’s a right way and a wrong way to enjoy it?
What is almond butter made from?
To prepare almond butter at home, it is recommended to toast the raw almonds in an oven to enhance their nutty flavor and facilitate the blending process. Utilize a food processor or high-speed blender to pulverize the almonds into a smooth, creamy nut butter. The addition of sea salt will enhance the flavor, and if the mixture appears gritty, the incorporation of oil may be necessary. The almonds should be heated in an oven set to 350°F for approximately ten minutes, or until they emit a rich, nutty aroma.
Does almond butter have dairy in it?
The dietitian team at Fig has confirmed that almond butter is a safe food for individuals with a milk allergy. The app allows users to check if other ingredients contain dairy, and it also recommends avoiding artificial colors and sugars.
What do vegetarians use instead of butter?
Vegan butter substitutes like applesauce, dairy-free yogurt, coconut oil, olive oil, nut butter, mashed banana, and avocado can be used in cooking and baking. They provide moisture, flavor, binding ingredients, and tenderness. In cookies, solid or liquid vegan butter sticks, solid coconut oil, or coconut butter can be used. Melted butter can be replaced with melted coconut oil, olive oil, or applesauce. However, the percentages of fat and water may affect the texture and flavor of the baked goods.
Can a vegetarian eat butter?
Vegetarian diets can be categorized into lacto-vegetarian, ovo-vegetarian, lacto-ovo vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, and flexitarian. Lacto-vegetarian diets exclude meat, fish, poultry, eggs, and dairy products while allowing dairy products like milk, cheese, yogurt, and butter. Ovo-vegetarian diets exclude meat, poultry, seafood, and dairy products but allow eggs. Lacto-ovo vegetarian diets exclude meat, fish, poultry, dairy, and eggs but allow dairy products and eggs. Pescatarian diets exclude meat, poultry, dairy, and eggs but allow fish.
Is almond milk vegan?
Almond milk, produced from the seeds of the almond tree, is regarded as a vegan product due to the absence of animal-derived ingredients such as honey. Nevertheless, some vegans contend that it is not genuinely vegan due to the utilisation of farmed bees for pollination, which they regard as exploitative. Nevertheless, almond milk is inherently vegan, and it is ultimately up to the individual to determine their level of comfort with the ethical implications of bee pollination for almonds.
What nuts do vegetarians eat?
Nuts, seeds, and butters are excellent sources of specific nutrients. Soy nuts and soynut butter are a good protein source, with 11 grams per ounce and 4 grams per tablespoon. Pumpkin seeds, black walnuts, pine nuts, and peanuts have slightly more protein. Peanut butter is slightly higher in protein than other nut butters. Nuts contain zinc, but may not be well absorbed. Pumpkin seeds, cashews, and cashew butter are slightly higher in zinc. Almonds, almond butter, and tahini contain slightly more calcium.
Organic peanut butter is recommended to avoid pesticides or insecticide residues. Companies producing organic nut butters include Arrowhead Mills, Kettle Foods, Marantha, Once AgainNut Butter, IMHealthy, and HempNut. To control sodium intake, opt for unsalted nuts and nut butters instead of salted products.
Is almond milk good for a vegetarian?
Almond milk is a dairy-free alternative that is suitable for lactose intolerance and vegans. It is rich in magnesium, essential for muscle function, blood sugar control, blood pressure, bone formation, protein, and DNA. It is also rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant essential for the immune system and blood vessels, and has been linked to a lower risk of cognitive diseases like Alzheimer’s. Many almond milk brands are fortified with calcium, crucial for bone health and fighting osteoporosis.
Can vegetarians eat almonds?
Almonds, a plant-based foodstuff, are regarded as vegan-friendly on account of their plant-based nature. However, the increasing demand for almond milk and related products has prompted ethical concerns regarding the sustainability of almond farming practices. The high water volumes required for almond trees, particularly in arid regions such as California, further complicate the situation.
Why is almond milk not vegan?
Almond milk, a popular dairy alternative, is known for its nutty flavor and creamy texture. However, its commercial production requires animal use, making it vegan. Most almond milk is vegan, but some may contain preservatives like lecithin from sunflowers or soy and vitamin D2, which extend the milk’s shelf life. To ensure sustainability, it’s crucial to consider the ingredients used in the production process and the source of vitamin D2.
Can a vegetarian eat peanut butter?
Peanuts and peanut butter are suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets due to their high nutritional value and plant-based protein content. However, it is important to read labels before purchasing these products, as they can contribute to the risk of coronary heart disease. Studies have shown that frequent nut consumption can increase the risk of heart disease in women, and it is crucial to consult a doctor before consuming peanuts or peanut butter. Therefore, it is essential to carefully consider the potential health risks associated with nut consumption.
📹 The Best Peanut & Nut Butter To Buy At The Store – And What To Avoid!
You asked for it, so here is my full review of all peanut and nut butter at the grocery store. Including jam and jellies, best butter for …
just stumbled on your wonderful website thanks for sharing all your knowledge. It really grabbed me that article of you coming up the stairs on all fours I have done the same thing as I got diagnosed with sarcoidosis autoimmune disease and doctors have NO idea how to treat it, I like you have been on my own, and figured out some things to do.. I’ll be trying to make your pot roast any day now. Thanks for great articles and all you do – Harold NYC
For me personally the end product looks really crumbly, dry and not smooth at all.. I would really recommend taking more time with blending. I always blend for 1-2min and then leave it for 10min so the oils can come out. Repeat this for as long as needed to get an incredibly smooth and runny almond butter without any extra oil. It can take up to 10 intervals, really depends on how smooth you want it. 🙂
Didnt go past the grainy texture, I was food processing/blending it for half hour, put oil in there, and honey thinking it would smooth it out but it just keeps sticking to the sides and the blades try to crush my spatula if i wipe the sides whilst its still running. The only thing that would work is a blender like yours where u can push it down whilst its still on or else it was a epic fail for me
I can’t believe i shop for food blindly for years. Thank you so much Bobby for all the informative input in this article or all your articles. After perusal a few of your articles about what not to buy or avoid… i became aware and conscious of what product content labeled in my food. So when i grocery shopping i always look at the label and feel proud that I’m feeding my family with better quality food… thanks again…keep it up and coming.
Started changing my diet after perusal a few. Just left my doc office. My blood pressure no longer high and I dropped weight. All I did so far is make my own mayo, dropped sugar and replaced with monk fruit. Bought Dave’s powered bread, and killed all my creamers and replaced with organic half and half from organic valley. I am officially a believer.
My favorite peanut butter is Teddie All Natural made in Everett, Massachusetts. It is available in smooth, crunchy and organic. It contains peanuts and salt. I pre-mix it before opening the jar by placing it upside down a few day before opening. Then after a day I turn it right-side up for a day. If I have time, I’ll repeat this. I must do very little mixing when I open the jar. Sometimes (if it has been in a warm place) no mixing at all. Then I store it in the refrigerator where it will not separate again.
It’s interesting that the MaraNatha organic peanut butter in Canada has only two ingredients, organic dry roasted peanuts and sea salt, while in the States it has a bunch of other stuff that only appears in the non-organic ones here. I was confused why you and Thomas Delauer kept saying not to buy it, but now I know they’re virtually two different products.
Easy solution to the oil separation: 1. Heat the nut butter until runny. 2. Empty into a mixing bowl and mix at high speed with hand mixer until totally smooth and aerated. 3. Pour back into jar & keep refrigerated. It wont separate again as long as you keep it cold. The small bubbles will make it easier to spread than normal peanut butter and you won’t be using as much so it will cut down on the carb count slightly. You’re welcome. <3
Thanks for the article, Sorry, but all peanut butters have at least 2g of sugar – it is in the peanuts themselves. So NO peanut butters have “NO SUGAR” or “Sugar Free”. So we could get anywhere from 2g-5g of sugar per serving that is if they add more sugar then the 2g. The thing that really varies is the Sodium. Anywhere from 0 to 150mg in the ones I looked at so far. If you are perusal or eliminating sugars, peanut butter may not be a good choice, no matter what you choose. Dont be fooled by “No Added Sugar” labels. I was fooled myself, but not now.
You are spot on with your nutritional advice for healthier food choices! Glad you are such a popular platform to get this information out there. However, on the topic of oils, your leading caution should be to avoid/dramatically decrease Omega 6 oils and explain that is why you are indicating corn, soy, canola, cottonseed, safflower and peanut oils. All of your stated rationale for eliminating them is valid. However, the most important one is the inflammatory effect on our bodies with Omega 6 oils that the Big Agri/Pharma industry shoved at us when they falsely accused butter and meat of causing heart disease. The same is true of the refined carbs, fat is not the enemy, refined sugar and flour carbs are. Our immune system is weakened with the elevated level of Omega 6 oils due to inflammation, particularly from the over indulgence in fast foods which are drenched in refined coatings and fried in toxic oils. Hence, the increase in mood disturbances, cognitive difficulties, and all the chronic pain and diseases ending in “itis.” The only oils in my house are avocado, olive, and coconut and of course Ghee. No refined sugar, rarely some coconut sugar, but mostly Monkfruit/Erythitol/Stevia.
My wife and I started buying Vital Farms eggs to see if we could notice a difference. We used to buy the regular eggs from Costco before and didn’t make a big deal about it. We went a few weeks with Vital Farms, noticed small differences, went back to the cheaper eggs and WHOA, we can totally notice a difference now. They just seem so pale and not appetizing. All this to say, thanks for making these articles! We’re definitely shopping more intentionally now and reading the ingredients of the things we buy and consume. articles I’d like to see: fish (wild caught, farm caught, etc.), coffee would be an interesting topic as well, organic vs. non-organic fruits/vegetables and deli meats!
About the nut grinding machines, a chef I used to work with talked about how he once saw one of those machines taken apart and there was mold all inside of it. I stay away from those machines because I do not know how often they are cleaned….also, do you have any preference for glass jars when you buy your nut butters?
PRO TIP – if you’re concerned about having to deal with separation in your nut butters, try this. Before the first use, open the jar and stir thoroughly and completely. Place in refrigerator until you’re ready to use. It will remain well-blended until the jar is empty. If you’re getting toward the bottom of the jar and it starts to get a little stiff, just microwave for 10-15 seconds until easily stirred again.
I really like you, Bobby! you get unfair press because the crappy stuff is cheaper and the stuff that’s good for us is more expensive. That by no means is your fault. I have watched really low standard people attack you as they stand behind their degrees. You keep going high when they go low — that has me listening to you more then them. good job.
Was surprised Teddies and Adams weren’t included. They’re at a lot of stores, and have the right ingredients. Of course, the best peanut butter is just pouring your peanuts into the grinder at stores that have them. As for jams/jellies, I’m a big fan of smuckers natural preserves. Make sure it’s “preserves” (not jams or jellies) and that you still read the labels. I’m proud of the fact that they make a couple good ingredients (incl. the natural peanut butters that he mentioned).
Hi Bobby and Art, I looked in my pantry and I had Barneys chia seed almond butter with no sugar. and I thought it was healthy. When I saw your article, I looked at the ingredients and yess palm oil was an ingredient!!! I threw it in the trash, and went to Walmart and bought Nutttzo, Peanut Pro :-))))))) Thank YOu, big Huggs to you and your family and Art too LOL
Hola. When Kellogg’s added all this things, then was called peanut butter, and regitered. Goog job Bobby !!!
First of all, I wanted to say that I enjoy your articles Bobby… because of you I now only use specific EVOO and avocado oil brands… BTW the avocado oil is great for so many things… I used it when making carrot cake last week, and it was delicious! I didn’t have any applesauce so I used the avocado oil and it turned out fine. I’ve been making my own peanut butter for many years and its so easy to do. I DO NOT add any additional oil, salt or anything else. I place a 16oz jar of dry roasted peanuts in my blender on high speed and 5 minutes later I have peanut butter. I usually use dry roasted lightly salted (sea salt) peanuts, but you can use regular salted or unsalted if you wish, and Planters or store brands all work. I never get any oil separation after it’s made. After it’s made, it can be poured out into a jar because it’s a little warm, but I then place it in the fridge for future use. I would imagine you could keep it in your pantry… I never did, even when I used to buy Jiff many years ago because I never liked that taste after opening and storing at room temp. Ugh! A 16oz jar of peanuts will make a PB jar size. FYI… storing in the fridge will not make it rock hard, but place it on the counter about 15 minutes before if you’re going to be making a PBJ on some nice soft fresh bread 😊
Bobby I appreciate your articles however, YOU SIMPLY ARE NOT GOING TO FIND STORES that sell these various types of health foods . The nearest health food store, which are outrageously expensive btw, is FOUR towns away & I have to ride my mt. Bike everywhere cause I’m legally blind & can’t drive. So what are people like me or in rural areas suppose to do?
The RX brand you stated was a NO but honestly I’ve tried RX Nut Butter Almond Butter I’m not sure of the flavor you held up in the article, but the ingredients differ depending on which flavor you as a customer desire. The original almond butter ingredients are as follow: Almonds,Egg Whites,Dates,Coconut Oil,& Sea Salt. If I’m listening correctly you did state earlier in your article that sea salt was a great ingredient
This article is 3 years old; so, probably no one, other than me, is perusal it any more. However, my big question is, why don’t you advocate making your own nut butter, and skipping all of the grocery story crap? Roasted, salted nuts (I like to add a tablespoon of 100% cacao unsweetened, dutched chocolate), and sometimes a tablespoon of real butter. 5 minutes in a food processor. You can choose how chunky or smooth you want it. Put it in the fridge after processing and the coolness helps to keep the oil from separating too much. But, even it does separate, it’s an easy remix. MUCH better than anything that can be bought in the store! Homemade roasted, salted pecan butter (with added unsweetened chocolate, and sometimes some butter to make it extra rich) is my favorite.
I literally found Crazy Richard Peanut Butter on my own today. Never had a peanut butter you could pour out of the jar before. I made Peanut butter cookies with Allulose, and it turn out really well. Though I didn’t let it cool first, and the cookies just fell apart when I flipped the tray over. So, now I have a bowl of Peanut butter cookies in crumble form. 🙂 But they taste great!
@BobbyParrish Hi Bobby! Please excuse me for commenting on such an old article, but I have a burning question. I’ve really heard your call to avoid Seed oils, but… I don’t understand the key difference between sunflower butter and sunflower oil- why is it ok to eat sunflower butter, but unhealthy to eat high oleic cold pressed sunflower oil? Similarly, why is it ok to eat tahini, but not sesame oil (because it’s a seed oil)? And- dear heavens- it’s toasted sesame oil as unhealthful as all the other seed oils? It’s my favorite condiment… it will be hard to give up 😢. If you could clear this up, I would be so grateful! Thank you for your wonderful articles 🙏🏻💛
You know what?I appreciate all your articles. But I wish you would just do articles on the good stuff. We don’t have time all day to watch what is good. What is bad?I wish you would just have a list of the good stuff to buy a article of what to buy.Because if we just knew what to buy we would not buy what not to buy if that makes sense😅
The Walmart organic peanut butter is great (and healthy.) However, you don’t list the Santa Cruz, at Walmart also, as the organic one? Maybe you missed that, lol. And lastly, the Aldi (Simply Nature) has an incredible amount of palm oil (a no-no there!) And, the MaraNatha (raw, organic, $15.75) almond butter, that is the only one they sell which does not have palm oil, so the only one to really buy, and a WHOLE LOT BETTER than the Aldi’s Simply Nature (with palm oil.)
This may be difficult to hear, …It is expressed to contribute to your continued success. A sincere, hardy congratulations on your fine efforts and1.47 million subscribers. Your contributions are helpful to many including me…But drop these terms: “I don’t want you to,” “I would rather you.” Their are better non-offensive ways to say the same thing. i.e. “Our health would suggest we don’t.” I mean well. Thank you Richard
Why? Why? Can’t our country just look out for the people and have restrictions in these companies that try to fill us with all these bad things. Eliminate food that harms us. Could you imagine grocery shopping in a store that you can actually could buy what you see? Just infuriates me . Our government doesn’t care if we die. Take our money.
I make my own jam berry.. I use. Cinnamon, lemon juice and berry mix. I add coconut nectar for sweetness. Alll organic! My fav nutZoo. I’m glad I’m learning about oils .. I though palm oil and cotton was safe 😒 ! Over all I bough chips that had them. Now I’m sticking to Siete chips and NutZoo! What oils do you recommend for cooking is there a link ? I use chosen foods organic high heat. Coconut avocado and safflower. I’m confuse about olive oils
When I lived in Miami in 1997, I couldn’t find any decent Peanut butter. I ended up with “Low Fat” nonsense with 30% fat! Ridiculous! So I decided to buy a kilo of peanuts and prepare the peanut butter myself. It was ready in 3 mins and it tasted delicious. Then I could prepare my sate saus for my Indonesian recepie. Even in The Netherlands where I live now, most peanut butter is ok, but not great. Not even the so called 100% peanut butter. When I compare the taste of this with my own, mine is tasting way better!
I know I am going to get hammered in the comments but I disagree with his take on PB. People don’t eat PB because it is “heathy” for you they eat it because it tastes good and is cheap. Most people are going to use the PB on bread which doesn’t equate to a heathy option either. Manufactures are not sneaking anything, that is just him hyping his website. Each brand clearly states their ingredients. Rather than take something tasty and making it into something unpalatable choose a different food. If you dont want processed buy a pound of nuts, stick it in a blender, and wallah, PB
I love the website, but I think you have it all wrong when you talk about the price disparity between raw and non-raw almond butters. In the first part of the article when you were at Walmart I noticed how you trashed the Maranatha Almond butter for its high ($15) price tag. Well it’s the USDA Organic sticker you are paying for. The reason why the other jar was $6 was it was non-organic. The brand Artisana that you mentioned at Whole Foods uses non-PPO pasteurization as regulated by California Almonds. There is no such thing as cheap organic almonds butter, period! Keep up the good work!
I am a senior on an income decreasing every year (more and more subtracted from my Social Security). And inflation is hitting us all. Buying good food costs a lot; Bobby Parrish articles seem to avoid mentioning this fact. If I followed his advice exactly, I’d hardly be able to afford eating at all. Maybe starvation would just solve everything. :face-blue-wide-eyes:
Does anyone know if the PfitB peanut butter powder has less omega 6 than the regular organic peanut butter, I have the organic Valencia peanut butter from Costco and I noticed it has 180 calories per serving 15 gms of fat 2.5 gms of saturated fat VS. the PfitB 70 calories and only 2 gms of total fat and no saturated fat, I’m just wondering if less fat means less omega 6 because I stop consuming peanut butter because of the high omega 6 that are inflammatory but I’m considering the PfitB powder version for my smoothies assuming that it might have less omega 6 because is way lower in fat and calories ? If somebody knows the answer I’d really appreciate it. And BTW almond butter is not an option I totally don’t like the taste or the texture and is also high on oxolates
Bob, please speak slowly. Slow down. Life is not all about consuming food and things. It is about peace, patience, calmness, energy, trust in the Universe, not only in our knowledge and understanding. Spirit of God ( wisdom, virtues)gives us true health, not only food. This is not criticism. It is constructive advice with lovingkindness. Thank you.
Thank you! 👍👍👍So much work, effort + research put into this seamless article for our benefit! Don’t you just love the person who actually KNOWS how to pronounce “Stevia”?! Someone who’s travelled enuff to recognize it’s NOT actually “Steevia”!, since there’s no “e” after the “v” to make it “Steve-ia”` We like the✌ person who likes to say “STEH-via”!👏✌💢
I bought raw almonds butter at trader joe’s. Only ONE Ingredient, raw almonds. Whole foods carry raw almonds on the bulk. I have been using for years, raw almonds, raw macadamia, raw pumpkin seeds and raw walnut. The price almost double than the pasteurized. But yes they do have raw nuts, and there is a machine with containers for you to make your own fresh nut butter right there
I will be 70 yo in Sept. I have already accrued diet-driven chronic illnesses. I ask myself over and over again if all the food choice awareness is worth it. For example: decades ago I worked as a respiratory therapist. So long ago, in fact, that patients in a private room had smoking privileges. We did not preach too much tobacco cessation to patients with COPD because the die was cast, stopping tobacco would not result in improved oxygenation. Information such as Bobby Parrish is dispensing is priceless before the diagnoses and aging have taken hold. But I will stick with freshly ground pb or Adams 100% pb as peanut butter plays a very big part in my diet.
A couple of points: “Natural” is a meaningless marketing term. It is literally there to fool you into thinking it’s somehow better. The oil separation is not necessarily a good sign. Yes, it indicates there’s no hydrogenated oil, but it also shows that it was ground quite a while ago. My grocery store has grinders in store and you can grind your own. In all my years of buying this kind of peanut butter, I’ve never had to stir it unless I forgot about it for weeks and weeks Sea salt is loaded with microplastics. GMOs are not bad for you. GMOs feed the world. Look at the science, not information from poorly-informed YouTuber “influencers.”
Wow this was incredibly insightful and useful. Thank you. I bought the exact Costco organic peanut butter and didn’t understand why it was so oily and seperated (had no idea I needed to stir). I just started eating it without stirring it all and it felt so dry and my mouth felt stuck together lol. So I was like I’m never buying peanut butter from Costco. Little did I know I was just use to the hydrogenated jif and Skippy smooth crap. Now I know the Costco is a quality one and I just need to stir!!! Had no clue about all those other bad ingredients. Thank you!!
My favorite peanut butter, bar none, is Trader Joe’s salted, unsweetened natural peanut butter. The one with the dark blue label. Just peanuts and salt. You can buy the same product elsewhere, but Trader Joe’s has my favorite consistency. It’s creamy with noticeable chunks. $2.39 here in SF for a normal jar size (can’t remember oz, but the size most pb is) as of December 2022. It tastes better than the Whole Foods version and is 30 cents cheaper per jar. The Whole Foods version also has a lot of grainy peanut pieces in it, whereas the TJ’s version is more like creamy PB with large peanut chunks. Also, the TJ’s version is both darker in color AND tastes more roasted. Excellent all natural PB with just peanuts and salt. Amazing product.
Costco has a 2 jar bundle priced around $7 for two 35 ounce jars of peanut butter. The ingredients are PEANUTS AND SEA SALT. Of course, it needs to be stirred up, and refrigerated. It may not be the best, but at least it has no sugar, and no palm, cottonseed, soybean, safflower, or rapeseed oils. Don’t know about the peanuts being organic, or not, but I am happy with this peanut butter, even though I must buy two 35 ounce jars. I do add sugar to this peanut butter, but use organic pure cane sugar. This way, I can make it less sweet than other peanut butter brands, and control what kind of sugar I use.
Thank you for your well informed articles. A lot of information to learn. I thought I knew my labels, but boy was I WRONG!!! I live in Quebec Canada and many of these items can’t find in our stores such as Maxi, Costco or Walmart. I am not a big fan of buying on line, but I guess I will have to do my research with them. We have plenty of Health food stores but prices are exorbitant and I am retired! Looking forward to more of your informative articles….
I’m so glad I watched this article. I was occasionally eating the good peanut butter from TJs but I had free different pb for my birds. I knew it was a lower quality but I didn’t think much about it. I fed it to them 1-2 x/wk. After listening to you I read their pb ingredients & it’s the worst one you mentioned. I threw them in trash right away. I sure hope I didn’t do lasting damage!
About a year ago I found Fat Butter brand of nut butters on blowout sale at my local Sprouts 2/$3.00, regularly priced $25.00 each! Wowza they were good! But at $25.00 each I could never rationalize buying them. I think almost all of them are gone from the store, the high priced ones, and I bought all the 2/$3 containers I saw. I do enjoy organic, pure, clean nut butters!
I wish you would say what actually is so bad about palm oil. You looking at the ingredients and saying this isn’t worth two dollars because you see palm oil on sugar is embarrassingly ignorant. Also, some people like sugar in their peanut butter. Just because it isn’t pure plain peanut butter doesn’t mean it isn’t good quality
Great information. I’m so frustrated with all the crap these companies put in peanut butters. Also be aware roasted nuts above 280 degrees cooks out the anti oxidant properties. Some roasted nuts are toxic. I have decided to make my own post workout Walnut/Pecan Butter that’s anti inflammatory with electrolytes for my cramping. Every ingredient is solely based on researched health benefits and not for baking purposes. Walnuts Pecans Electrolytes (Celtic salt, magnesium, potassium), Natural Baking powder for PH and workout benefits Coconut oil (extra virgin) Avocado or olive oil Vanilla bean Cinnamon Turmeric Chai and flax seed Possible add plain protein without additional ingredients or flavors Mushroom Lions mane FYI I made it in a glass jar with all ingredients liste. It was amazing. I’m going to try another jar since this didn’t last a week. Also I really love crunchy nuts so I will do more research on safe temperatures for roasting walnuts and pecans.
Be careful with organic peanut butters. Ir it’s not made with Valencia peanuts it may be peanuts from some other country. Maybe even China. As long as they turn them into butter in the US they can call it made in the USA. Don’t be fooled. The only two places I know sell organic Valencia peanut butter are Trader Joe’s and Costco. There could be more but I’m not sure. Organic Valencia peanuts are grown in West Texas And New Mexico
So what am i supposed to eat im confused nothing is good for us basically??? Not everyone e is rich bobby…not everyone is going to shop at whole foods…gosh I’ve been eating my food my whole life an im healthy doct9rs calmed my organs extraordinary after x-rays…lol is this why white people ar ezo skinny and got no booty ..im tryna get thick im gone eat my peanut butter 🤷♀️
You guys are very lucky to be in a developed country. In my country ( Sri Lanka) there is no peanut butter product without sugar and palm oil. I hate our politicians, they eat healthy foods purchased by other countries (it’s very expensive so normal people can’t do it). and don’t give any options to normal poor foolish (these people are choosing politicians for their personal gain) people living here to be healthy.
