Maintaining a healthy lifestyle involves eating nourishing foods, staying hydrated, exercising regularly, reducing screen time, getting outdoors daily, getting plenty of sleep, going easy on alcohol, and quitting smoking. Exercise is essential for maintaining energy and keeping the body and brain running.
Another important aspect of maintaining a healthy lifestyle is waking up early to focus on your mental health. Regular habits can become hard to break, so it’s crucial to make healthy changes in your life.
In the US, lifestyle medicine is built around six pillars: eating healthy foods, exercising regularly, easing stress, getting restful sleep, quitting addictive substances like tobacco and limiting alcohol. To achieve these goals, focus on the whole picture, set realistic and achievable goals, create daily structured activities related to these goals, and make habits.
Maintaining a healthy weight requires eating nourishing foods, limiting processed foods and sugar, drinking water and staying hydrated, exercising regularly, and spending time outdoors. It’s also important to stay hydrated, sleep seven to eight hours per night, and maintain good company with good people.
To maintain a healthy lifestyle, identify unhealthy patterns and triggers, change your surroundings, find ways to make healthier choices, ask for support, fill your time, create specific health goals, eat well, practice mindful eating, drink plenty of water, take supplements as needed, exercise regularly, and get enough (good) sleep.
Focusing on your pain and limiting unhealthy foods is essential for a healthy lifestyle. Tracking your body weight on a daily or weekly basis helps you see what you’re losing or gaining. By focusing on eating well, exercising regularly, and creating healthy habits, you can achieve a healthier and happier life.

Notes 📝: 1 – Frame your focus – What do you want? Where do you want to live? What kind of environment do you want to live in and what do you want to be around? 2 – Thoughts are important 💭 You have to reach one step to be AWARE about the next step. Just focus on the next best step. IMAGINE and get CLARITY on what you’re trying to create. Blurry vision 👓 = blurry outcome Reflection – I must complete 75 hard at all costs from Tuesday March 28th. Start giving myself milestone rewards (e.g. books I want to read, new gym clothes, hair cut, hair dye) CLARITY = A Vision for your future + a hierarchy of goals to get there + prioritise and simply low friction tasks that make it easy to create that vision (in any life area) Visualise 👀 imagine 💃 and bring the experience into the now in your mind ✨ If you get stuck – keep taking action. The answer will come from motion because everything is connected (even if you’re focussing on a different life area) Can make goals or MICRO-visions that create clarity Q: What is a PROCESS I can execute on to create this? Q: What is my hypothesis? Q: How can I create this result through patience, surrender, faith during this scientific testing stage? Q: Am I willing to have the grace to allow whatever emotions or road blocks to come up in the pursuit of this goal/skill/character trait (answer truthfully)? Q: What will happen if I don’t pursue this (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 3 years, 5 years from now)?
I’m a single mom who normally makes just enough to survive, so my visions of having my own online business working from home have been just that, visions. Now, with inflation and everything, I’m struggling more to put food on the table. It’s a scary situation, but I’m literally forced to follow my dreams and step into the unknown. I appreciate this article because it helps me see that I’m not alone and that anything is possible.
Ok – I have a couple of notes here. 1. Dan – you’re incredibly smart, you have amazingly wide ranging knowledge – and anytime I listen to you, I feel the wisdom that calms me down. 2. What you said about how manifestation is shaping our reality, is exactly What I’ve written a tweet on a couple of weeks ago. It says that people often feel depressed because they’re reliving the same thougt process over and over again – and the best way to get out of this is to create something new – for me it was writing. 3. It’s fun to see that at the point when you were into drawing, I was starting my writing journey. I’m 13 now, and starting writing was the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. 🔥 article my mate!

It amazes me that people don’t realise the biggest risk they can take in life is to just work a regular job and not think about having their own lifestyle insurance. You need to develop some kind of passive income, whether that be from renting out property, investing in the stock market or publishing books on KDP or making YouTube articles otherwise you’ll end up like the millions of people that are in a cost-of-living crisis right now. I mean, can anyone guarantee that their health or the economy or their employer is going to be working for them for 30 or 40 years until they collect a pension? I doubt it. Most people need to understand that they are responsible for saving and investing around 20% of their income into things that will give them assets that can generate a passive income or that can be sold quickly when something unexpected comes along like ill health, unemployment or high inflation and a war.
According to the article, creating a better life involves a process called the “Creation Pyramid.” This pyramid consists of four steps: experience, vision, goals, and action. To create a positive experience, focus on your attention and consciousness. Develop a clear vision for your future by outlining your goals and intentions. Break down your vision into smaller, actionable goals to gain clarity and make progress. Finally, take action by controlling your attention, focusing on your goals, and consistently working towards your desired outcome.
20:13-21:48 This technique has actually helped me out greatly as an aspiring writer. What I’ll do is, I will write down bullet points of what I want my story to be, what kind of personalities the characters will have, what the setting is, the tone, etc., then, I’ll just leave it like that and go to work, or talk with friends, until that ligtbulb moment happens, and I immediately insert it into the notes I wrote down. What may start out as a simple list of a few things I want my story to be, eventually turns into an extremely thorough lecture and breakdown of the writing, tone, characters, themes, ideas, and so on. I’ve actually been doing it for a while now, but it wasn’t until you brought it up here that I realized how helpful it really is. It may sound kind of lazy when said out loud, but it’s a big help especially whenever I’m in a creative slump. Great article!
Dude! This was incredible. I’ve been consuming a ton of “woo woo” spiritual content as well as a lot of Western technology/business content and you do a great job of blending the 2 dualities into a holistic and practical approach for the modern world. Not an easy feat to do. Thank you for your service.
I am beyond blow away. The amount of knowledge and clarity you have really puts in perspective that I have been literally on the the track you were on. You gave me everything I was seeking. Thank you man! After perusal the whole article I kid you not, it felt like not even 20 minutes went by and looking back at it it was 43 minutes. I appreciate your thinking, article and just the vibe in general. Keep up the great work man!

I see rather an upside-down pyramid approach to all this wonderful life movement to betterment. Always think outside the common mind set. Be uncommon to find the keys to unlocking all that is. All that is turns out to be more of what was, just in a different time in your lives. So here we go… Experiences help you form vision, which gives way to goals, then you set processes into motion, which requires a drive, momentum, locomotion, in which demands great focus to go from point A to B, to C and beyond.
So anyone reading this who feels the need to give their insight please feel free: when I orient my consciousness towards what I truly want to achieve in life, money is absolutely no component to this equation. All I care for is creating art at a level that cannot be monetized, creating art that is the highest website between mankind and what I would call God/Creation and then living at the closest connection to God/Creation. I am deeply uninterested in the mechanization of consciousness and the digitization of man. Humanity seems to be evolving in a direction towards the machine, and I have a soul aversion to this premise. I have no interest in money or participating in the direction the world is headed. Not entirely sure why I’m incarnate on earth or why I’m still here. Thanks for reading anyone who did.
I’ve been following you on all your websites since I saw one of your posts on IG. This article is just really amazing. Topics about manifesting, energy, flow, creating habits, writing down goals, growing outside of comfort zone, knowing your why; you’ve basically touched them all in this article and explained it in a much relatable way. These concepts are much clearer to me. WOW! Thank you Dan.
Incredible, man. I can’t recall the last time I watched a 40-plus minute article without losing my focus and doing other things. I screenshot your “vision pyramid” as suggested, then set it as my desktop background — it’s that important! Thank you for making this kind of content. I needed this. When your book is released, you have my purchase.
The concept of being aware of how our mental behaviors and living within memories of stressful circumstances is so important. I had some traumatic experiences two years ago and have been living nightmarish daydreams ever since without really knowing how to change my life, change myself. It impacts my ability to focus and work because I feel so trapped in survival mode; the mind cannot distinguish between what’s real and not real if repetitive mental experiences are visceral enough. Disruption of routine is the key to achieving new clarity within healthier, “uncorrupted” foundations. I’m striving to create different visceral habits. Thank you for your inspiration ❤
In less than 10 articles you have become the most valuable & noteworthy of YT role models. Having grown up without a father YT has helped fill many gaps with Jordan Peterson, Jocko Willink, Pastor Steven Anderson, & now you. They have grand over-arching principles, but you have a system to gradually tie all of those principles together through self-awarness, self-education, & self-direction. Thank you. Thank God for this information age & the people like you who are pioneering the practical systems for consolidating human consciousness & potential with technology & virtually limitless knowledge.
Curious if anyone has a level of issues with what appears to be ADHD. I say that with a very careful tone because I know we are all have a level of it because of the current state of technology, with that being said it appears to me that my mind has all or nothing it also wants everything like a buffet. I see soo many problems but also soo many solutions. To systematize this feels like a huge hill… would appreciate anyone’s feedback. I don’t want to take adderall. Been experimenting with bang energy lol

Hello Dan, I’m from Brazil, I’m devouring your articles, thank you for sharing your perspective with the world!! Dan, I have a question, if I create a vision of the future and capture the energy that is there in that vision, do I use that energy to build part of the structure of the future now? Is that what you wanted to explain in minute 17 of the article? and later, you said that you use this when creating your content, right?
This is the best article I’ve seen of yours. I’ve been reorienting my consciousness, and I’m glad I checked this out today. I think I would’ve been resistent to it before. I’m stoked to get started on my big vision, and enjoy the path every step of the way. I’ll give that Power of Now book a go. Thanks for the rec. Great stuff!
It’s just weird and wonderful how the universe works. I just had an amazing idea I shared with a friend and from that it is GO TIME. Then I hear you speak about the engineer of the vision and it is absolute divine timing. I can’t wait for the book. You are a talented philosopher. Thank you so much for sharing.❤😊
I very much like the first part about writing down goals. I personally have made a lot of progress in the last half year, and since starting to write down goals my progress has gotten better and more consistent. A couple of weeks ago I started using a daily to-do/ task planner, which has significantly improved clarity upon what I need to do / what project I mean to undertake and what steps I need to undertake for this. I genuinely believe writing down goals is the key to progressing.
Dude, I so agree with what you are saying. Not only that Focus/Awarenes are the most important power, but what I always say is where your focus is, is your energy and vice-versa. I begin to think we are of the same spiritual tribe brother. Only discovered you recently, but you are the kinda guy I wanna sit down with after a great sweat lodge or an ayahuasca ceremony and talk universe and existence 😉 Thanks so much for your work Edit, the creation writing process is also exactly what I would do. Create the outline then go do different things while simultaniously playing with the ideas in my head from time to time. Then like magic an introduction sentence or several will slowly form. When the right one appears I know it because it has a certain energy to it that makes me wanna start writing. Thats how I wrote my bachelors thesis. My prof called me crazy cause I hadn’t started it 2 weeks before the deadline. Then I waited half a week and then I wrote it all focuse in the mornings with this technique. I delivered on time stress free and I scored very well.
The irony of Luke’s gold rush story is that the ones who got rich were not the ones who found gold. In fact, only a few found a substantial amount of gold. Those who were wise enough to sell tools to the miners got rich. Relating this back to the internet, it’s those who utilize their reach through their audience, to then sell “tools” are relatable to those who sold the tools to the miners 🙂
Honestly I really agree with alot of things Luke and Mike say, I think you guys are doing an awesome job and really putting out great awakening things, BUT nevertheless, where attention goes to “worst case scenarios” and having such a negative view on the “matrix” for example 9-5 (even tho I understand also this concept, and don‘t think it‘s ideal if you want to live an authentic life) it begins to split the people even more. I would rather have gratitude for all and don‘t try to force things to happen like crazy, cause at the end of the day we are all humans and want to be safe, have freedom and live our best life, and to be honest, the matrix is also a part of this journey and we should be grateful for it. I do not agree with being „paranoid” and putting your attention on things could go wrong. Again, as also luke says, if you put your attention on the thing, it starts to grow! I believe in creating your reality by believing in the good and harmony for this planet earth, by yes having the tools and skills to have the power to influence people, but don‘t scare people by thinking we have to „prepare” for some dark stuff. That doesn‘t make any sense to me. What our daily thoughts are creates our reality and in the end, LOVE wins always.
It’s interesting to observe how Luke being in a comfortable place tends to direct the conversation towards some subjects, hot topics, keywords. Making everything look lie it’s the end of the world. Be careful guys. That’s the first step towards manipulation. Giving the sense that something is going to happen. Giving the sense of fear. It’s not that they’re lying, but you have to check a lot of info, develope analytical thinking. You have to ask yourself, why are they saying and talking about the things they’re talking about
Canada is getting railed. I feel great distain when I hear online guru’s say “you need to be making at least 6 figures a year” and I concur that is ideal. But in Canada, if you make $100K, minimum 45% is funneled to fed. & prov. taxation. So to make $100K in Canada, you must generate a minimum of $200K to profit $100K… By the way… ONLY 1% of Canadians make $200K!! So only 1% of Canada ACTUALLY attains 6 figures.
First time hearing Luke today. I’ve watched a few articles now on people who preach about being successful ( their idea of success ) and they all say pretty much the same things. No doubt someone can do what they are saying to do but also these people are just wired this way, this is their purpose in this life. At the end of the day they love the money which gives them the freedom to put up the middle finger to others. Chasing the money is their lives and what they hold as the highest regards in life. I don’t like the way all these successful people make out that a 9-5 is a bad thing and something to be ashamed about. The fact these people chase and need that much money is something to reflect on. They are all scammers trying to bid for our attention and trying to sell us something that benefits them, that’s it.
Mr Mike, I am a huge fan of your podcast. It is extremely motivating that adds an extra push to my hustle. I may not be somebody at the moment, but i will be somebody soon in the near future. I saw you were in Japan recently, please let me know when you are visiting Japan again, I would love to get to speak with you
29:10 Im in south africa Mike, here we at times get 12hrs a day with no electricity so its crazy but you learn to develop alternative ways to function and pick up on your survival skills.. Luke is right 3rd world countries would be great for building “High trust Societies” would be a great idea in my area
Very interesting, but covid definitely isn’t a thing in China anymore. Lived though it in Beijing, but definitely back to normal since 1.5 year. Shanghai and China weren’t as bad as portrayed here with getting around walking on eggshells (apart from the lockdown). I’ve been living there since 2013. I’m a foreigner, so perhaps different. But as mentioned, it’s a beautiful country with great food and old culture 😊🌄🍖🐟 Hope this didn’t discourage some from visiting China 🇨🇳🌆
This guy is absolutely biased against China. Everything he said he experienced in China is absolutely not true or as someone who was born here in China and have lived here for29years, I have never been called a criminal for jaywalking. It’s stupid. I was just wondering what’s his agenda. It’s even a bit hilarious to see someone tell a lie and act like saying the truth. To quote his words”what a crazy world we are living in”
The first podcast was a big wake up call man. I was kinda cruising in life but now i’m going to the gym more consistently eating right stopped drinking, and my business has almost doubled in monthly revenue since I decided to make a change. Taking control of your life is the first step to freedom. I didnt do anything other than change my routine and be more accountable. Its that simple
content dataset unlocked at 42:00 💎🤯🙏🏽 short form content are “internet billboards” and long form content is where people actually get to understand what you’re about…and at 45:15 that “community” is something you build that can stand the test of time, and lastly at 1:32:30 about investing in experiences in life to unlock information on what is possible in life – thanks Luke and Mike for this part 2 of the podcast, learning a lot and leveling up lives including mine – with gratitude, LaynoProd
Lol people can never play god, everything happens in the universe by the permit of Allah, god loves us unconditionally and I genuinely recommend you to learn about about the lord. You can’t eat without the lord feeding you, you can’t learn without the lord teaching you. Food for thought for you luke…
Luke Belmar is another one of those guys getting clout from all these kids that want to get rich quick.. He’s capitalizing on shorts and short attention span with straight forward jabs on these kids that are addicted to nonsense. 10min in on a bunch of stuff that a lot these guys have already spewed, lame.. next.. lets not make another motivator famous with your time
Lukes explanation of his vision for the self sustaining ranches around the globe is basically how civilisation operated before big corporations were formed. Its also pretty much how Mormons live now. Small communities who have individuals with specific skillsets in order to live and thrive off the grid. What i dont really get is why you’d need to be mega rich in order to do that. Money is only good if youre paying for goods and services supplied by people and companied that produce it. If youre producing it yourself, whats the point of being rich? you’re growing your own food, mining your own water supply, creating your own energy sources..! What use is your lambo, the 2 grand suits and the multiple passports in that world? Have enough money between you and your community to set it up but it wont take hundreds of millions.
Hey i watched it whole and came to the conclusion that the value Luke is providing is said many times earlier I think that Mike failed as a podcaster to extract the new datasets and just being a clown for views and questions he didn’t even design them and just asked the regular stuff I hope Luke keeps this in mind.. # Don’t waste ur Time, Nothing New#
I believe in free speech and free living but with ai running the narrative and blocking stuff I think in terms of like being healthy if it had your weight registered it would be good if you wasn’t allowed to buy certain foods and fast food as I think everyone could live a healthier life style if they cut out the junk. But this wouldn’t happen with how the world encourages it and also the fact they want you to become unhealthy and lead a life that allows you to be controlled
There’s one thing he said that got to me, that he outsources his work in Asia. When living in America, the wage is high for workers, so if you want to hire people you need to live up to the minimum wage per hour, which consistently increases over time as inflation rises. In regions like Asia, a month’s salary might be 2x or 3x times smaller, so he can hire 3 people for the cost of 1 in the United States. This outsourcing strategy is a key in providing him with the maximum amount of wealth, hope nobody missed that. I am from a country where entrepreneurs from America consistently outsource their working talent towards, they open up companies here, as the minimum wage is $400 or something insane like that, so for example, he could hire 5x people here for the cost of 1x there (depending on the position but you get my point).
I’m from HK and have lived in Shanghai for 2 years 2020-2022 and now i still go to Shenzhen often. For the part where Luke talks about the they face ID you for jaywalking and fine you directly from bank account and “couldn’t walk in opposite directions on pedistrians” is NOT TRUE. I have never expereinced that/heard of that from friends in china and i jaywalk/walk opposite all the time lol. As to biometric profiles and stuff, that is true the gov does basically ID everyone and keep profiles but as a normal civillian people aren’t worried about this UNLESS you are someone involved in illegal stuff or a famous guy talking shit about the gov openly on the internet. In short, this does not affect the regular average joe…
