Being feminine is more than just embodying female-specific traits and characteristics; it’s an ever-evolving and nuanced term that’s highly individualized. To be more feminine, one should focus on self-confidence, adopting ladylike mannerisms, and getting in touch with the female mindset. To look more feminine, one should grow longer hair, practice mindfulness and gratitude, cultivate inner strength, make posture and movement graceful, and explore feminine beauty.
To be more feminine in relationships, one should practice empathy and compassion by practicing active listening, putting oneself in others’ shoes, and offering kind words or comforting gestures when needed. To become more feminine, one should wear dresses or skirts more often, wear makeup and jewelry, and cultivate an interest in traditionally feminine topics. Surrounding oneself with women who admire and can grow from can help one another learn and grow.
Valuing and aspire to the quality of femininity is essential as it has positive effects on relationships, life circumstances, and personal growth. Ask open-ended questions to encourage open communication and thoughtful listening. Embracing feminine energy can help make more meaningful connections, develop deeper self-awareness and compassion, and find meaning and purpose.
To be more receptive, one should consider receiving gifts, compliments, and help graciously. Emotional empathy is one of the keys to being more feminine, which can be embraced by all people, men and women alike. By embracing these tips, one can become more feminine and more attractive.

Well done! You’ve summarised it in a great way. I’m going to pass this on to my daughter – I believe I’ve passed on my masculine energy in to her. Like me and my own mother, she is also driven, hardworking, an athlete and beautiful. But now in my fifties I can see in hindsight life could have been (even) better with exuding more feminine. I think society encourages that. I’m working on myself, my attachment style and letting my feminine energy shine, and I will forward this on to her to hopefully break that generational cycle. Being aware of masculine for work (although feminine helps is getting what you want at work also) and more feminine at home. Simple great easy to follow advice
I wish I could say I “stumbled” across this article but I didn’t. I absolutely looked up “how to speak softer” and your article popped up. I really felt weird about looking this up because I’ve kinda accepted that I’m an aggressive talker. But I no longer want that for me. I’ve been happily single for about 2 years and focusing on growing my business. But I think that has put me deeeeeep in my masculine energy and I noticed I’m so unaligned with my energy. I want to be more intentional with the way I speak. Thank you
when i was younger (teens to early 20s) i had a very soft, feminine voice. i loved my voice and they way i spoke. then something traumatic happened to me and i realized my voice totally changed. i lost my old personality almost in my voice, the way i speak sounds so flat and harsh and i hate it. i’ve been perusal articles to try to break free from that and find my voice again and yours has been so helpful!!
The older I get, the less emphasis I place on appearance although that is always a consideration. But now I pay much more attention to a woman’s voice. Soft, slow, intentional, good enunciation and throw in pleasant eye contact and I find this very alluring and attractive. Loud, vindictive, sarcastic or antagonistic speech is an instant turn off for me. Another side note is the volume of speech. I find that too many women simply talk too much. Just some observations from the male perspective. And I actually got a few ideas that I need to work on my own speech as a man.
Back to school is coming soon and I’m moving to a new high school with people I don’t know so I want there to be another look at me. I want to be more feminine and take care of myself more and I want to become stronger and more assertive. I want everyone who sees me to remember me and be noticed. And i’m working on this✨🧜🏻♀️
I searched out lessons on becoming a more elegant woman. I grew up in a chaotic, violent, loud, fear induced home and my behavior was a direct reflection on the position my father had in the church. When I left home, the bubble I was raised in, I left those behaviors behind too. The problem is I adopted new ones. This article sparked the interest in continuing to discover who I am. Thank you
I didn’t realize that I talked too much until I sat down with a new friend who talked a lot. It was soooo exhausting for me to keep up with the conversations and usually just excused myself. After 2 or 3 encounters with him I started questioning my own character of speech and I realized I sounded just like him to other people’s ears. So now before I talk, I often ask myself if it’s necessary and mind my tone. I’m glad I came across this article as it has given me more insights. Thank you so much.
I stumbled upon this article and I don’t think it was a coincidence because I am on this journey of self development. I have never been a girly girl, not that I haven’t tried, it just always felt like something forced. Anyway I’m being very intentional about changing the way I speak, because I find that I am little aggressive and unnecessarily too. Thank you for posting this! Thank you for building women! Cheers Queen 🥂👑
I found your website when i actually needed to learn speaking intentionally, but i struggle the most finding the appropriate words for my tone so many times i just end up using slangs and short cut words like bro or yaar which we commonly use in India i want to learn more about the words and tone ❤❤ Well…… Now I’m Subscribed ❤
A lot of older ladies speak so softly and elegantly as if that were more the norm back when they were my age. It is so charming and makes them more attractive. Also the same with little girls when they speak. I have been on this journey for a minute and have gotten much better over the past 2 years and one of the most amazing perks is how much faster and more efficient customer service (whether male or female) helps me! I love it!
Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed the information shared. Personally I am drawn to a well sounding voice but this article brought awareness to me which makes me excited to try. It showed me my imperfections when in company with my friends I ramble my words during an exciting conversation. So I’m happy I have something new and interesting to work towards. 🙂 🙌🏾❣
I grew up being a tomboy (only girl in the family) and never really had the chance to be a “woman” but always the “sister” and “daughter” so I have this feminine voice but talk like a tomboy… With practice I’ve learned to speak more feminine but still need practice.. I am so nervous when it comes to dating, what if I talk like a dude? But the 1st tip is really useful, I will use that. Another tip is to find a famous woman who have a feminine voice that you similarly want, and mimic the way she speaks. Thank you for this <3
