BYU-Pathway programs are designed for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and offer a low-cost tuition discount of 10-50. There are two tuition rates for degree programs and certificates serviced through BYU-Pathway Worldwide: PathwayConnect and advanced path to a degree.
The PathwayConnect rate is for students who completed BYU-Pathway and qualify for matriculation into the BYU-Idaho Online Degree Program. The certificate-first approach costs $125 per credit for members of the Church and leads to a bachelor’s degree. Students who start with PathwayConnect maintain the lower $73 tuition rate.
BYU-Idaho provides free tutoring to PathwayConnect students for most academic subjects. The online curriculum is flexible to your schedule, allowing you to do homework at 3:00 in the afternoon or 10:00 in the morning. BYU-Idaho provides free tutoring for most academic subjects, and students need at least 2-3 hours a week to read materials, watch videos, and complete assignments.
The Pathway Outcomes and Assessment Plan outlines the framework by which BYU-Pathway Worldwide, BYU-Idaho, and Ensign College will assess their joint efforts. BYU-Pathway is one of the best models for supporting adult, nontraditional learners on the way to graduation.
