  • He has the brooding quality of a Johnny Depp or Rob Pattinson. But with better control of his body. He’s expressive in his mannerisms and has a lighter, more approachable energy to him. Yet he’s still masculine. It’s hard to explain. But he has extroverted elements to his otherwise unassuming demeanor.

  • Having met him and having had a conversation with him, I can confirm everything you’ve said. There were multiple people in the room. They were loud, they were moving about. But they may as well not have been there at all when I was talking to Harry. I think it works both ways, too. His confidence and encouragement increased my own. It was like having a conversation with a good friend. Familiar, funny, a little flirty but only meant to flatter. It was nearly five years ago, but that conversation and particularly that feeling really still linger. And I bet you that if I met him again today, he’d still remember. He’s that person.

  • I literally love him so much. Like yes he’s gorgeous but there’s SO many more reasons why I adore this man. He’s ridiculously kind and he’s hilarious & he’s smart and giving and sweet. Harry spends so much time at his concerts having conversations with his fans & he’s very modest. Harry respects women & is always preaching about how he doesn’t give af if you’re bi or gay or trans or straight like he deadass doesn’t care. He loves his fans regardless and wants everyone to feel comfortable and accepted when they’re around him. Harry is the type of person I strive to be everyday

  • I’m so glad you talked about this because obviously Harry is visually attractive but that’s not what hooked most of his fans…it’s his vibe, this feeling he radiates to people that just makes you feel good and safe and comfortable and you can tell he doesn’t try to have this it just is him. He is extremely talented and attractive but the real reason Harry has our hearts is because he is so honest and real and is honestly the best thing to ever come out of the human race

  • Earlier today, I was perusal an interview of Harry Styles. In the comment section of that article, there was one comment that went something like: “Harry looks at every single person like he’s in love with them.” And that resonates so strongly with what you said, about focusing your entire attention to that one person you’re interacting with. It might not even be something he does consciously, but it struck me after you put it in words, and it is true. He does that every single time.

  • We love Harry because he never labels him self as being famous and he has so much love for everyone. He’s taught us all to treat people with kindness and to give love and choose love and that its ok to be whoever we want to be. Quiet frankly i wouldn’t want a better Rolemodel or Idol other than Harry. I also love the fact that he loves us fans so much. I just hope he knows we love him just as much as he loves us……

  • Whatever you are, whoever you are, whether you’re his friend, an interviewer, a celebrity, a fan or someone he just met, Harry would always look you in the eye, gives you his full attention while you’re talking and just looks at you like you’re the only person in the room that it’s almost intimidating. He’s got the whole package.

  • There are so many elements that could be discussed regarding why he is so luminous. I could talk about this endlessly. In his interview on the Today show, the host Hoda told him that when he performs it’s like he is making eye contact with the people in the crowd, there is a feeling of intimacy to it. And she adds that even though she has seen many artists perform on her show, she has never seen anything like that before and she can therefore understand the intensity of his fandom. So, Harry manages to carry that presence from one-on-one conversation to a room with thousands of people. That’s Powerful. But if he can do it we can all do it, it just takes some practice and open heart.

  • Eminem has always had a goofy personality to the extreme that could be seen as overcompensating for something but people always loved his goofiness. maybe because they know he wasnt just a happy go lucky person. its like they respected him more for being goofy because of how troubling his childhood and young adult life was and didnt try to hide it but also wasnt self pittying. just incredibly vulnerable even if it was aggressive, it showed strength to be so forthcoming. something to explore with one of our biggest icons

  • Beautiful article. I adore Harry and only discovered him a couple of months ago. Since then I’ve plunged into him music, shows and interviews and can’t stop. I dare say that even his outward beauty is a direct consequence of his attitude and presence. I look at him and want to be like that. He inspires me to become my best self.

  • HS is confident because he’s not afraid of people not liking him. Because of this, he can simply be his own authentic self. You are describing what is the result of just being yourself, and call it a ‘skill’. That’s missing the whole point. It means that you don’t get it; you yourself are trying hard to be something you’re not. To harness something that can’t be harnessed. But if you are just yourself, you make 0 effort, ‘you’ just naturally happen. How can you teach what you yourself haven’t experienced yet? I watch you trying to convince yourself and others with a desperate force of certitude. But there’s nothing behind it, no substance. Go travel the world alone, go through hardship, get to know yourself, meditate, allow all emotions and physical feelings, face your demons, learn to accept. Just from perusal this article, I know you’ve done none of the above. You’re still just afraid of being alive and of who you fear you are deep down, when noone is perusal.

  • Don’t listen to this guy, don’t try to be a “harry styles”. I’m absolutely in love with harry and love everything about him but you should be yourself, there is someone you’ll find out there who loves you for you. Not just with a partner but with friends as well. Don’t practice on being confident or your ability to have “presence”. Be yourself

  • Do you imagine how rare nowadays are men, who first of all value such “emasculating” things as kindness and true respect for /everyone/. (I do not blame men for everything, it is dreadful how anything a man can do nowadays is either considered emasculating or is legit toxic. I’m sorry for them, but that what makes me appreciate men like Harry Styles even more.)

  • One of my best friends has this knack, and another good mate of mine. They can make anyone feel calm just by being there. I’m naturally very confident and “bubbly” and I absolutely don’t worry how I come over but people like me can overpower a conversation. I wish I could pull off what Harry does with ease.

  • Thank you wow. I soooo much need it. You can’t imagine. I so hate myself for “being absent” at many moments in my life, for not “being a part” of my own life! because I always shift all my attention on me. How people would think about me? What people would say to me? What would they ask? How should I answer? How do I make them like me? And then I find myself failing to see a reality which is right in front of me. I really truly want to change it

  • This is a great article but I honestly think an 8 minute article doesn’t do Harry justice. Like he’s confident but also humble, kind but also strong, masculine and feminine, calm and excited, open and mysterious, charismatic and sweet etc. He does so many shows and promotion but it feels like he’s private. He literally is everything all at once (in an artistic way too; a singer, songwriter, actor, model, businessman!) and his great talent, good looks, cleverness and incredible sense of humor are an amazing bonus. I genuinely think he’s the perfect human. He’s been in the industry for nearly 10 years and we’re yet to see a problematic behaviour or a person who met him and didn’t love him. Mark my words, it won’t be long he’s considered a living legend.

  • I think being attractive has a big play in all the elements listed (even though I haven’t fully watched the article as yet). It’s simple common sense, the more attractive you are, the more likely it is that people will gravitate to you/notice you. Attractive people can be obnoxious, I know, but this is just my two cents.

  • When my bestfriend asks me why i’m so into Harry (obsessed is his word tho) i really don’t know how to explain it to him. It’s everything, his creativity, his way of carrying himself, his way to speak, his manners, obviously his looks, his music, it’s just EVERYTHING. I might be blindsided but he seems like he is a confident dude who does whatever he wants, is polite, funny and sexy af. I love him so much and thank jesus for Anne and Des and also Gemma for supporting him every step of the way.

  • Love this piece. We get so wrapped up in our own existence and self-pity we can’t see beyond our noses. When I got closer to God and he saw me and all my self-pity, he let me know he didn’t put me on earth to be a useless piece of flesh. He put me here to love my neighbor. To really see my neighbor. This falls perfectly in line with that. Good piece, thank you! 💕🙏💕👍

  • Often we misinterpret confident social skills with arrogance and narcissism. Yes you can say whatever u want with correct presents. The way how u say it (words and action of being focused ) will make a tremendous impact. You recommend your audio book “Learning from the greats” which possible is a good start to begin with. I am 99% sure that Harry has by nature a classic charm…but mostly has been trained as an artist to harnessed the charismatic social skills successfully continue his career. One of the most iconic voices in the music industry has harnessed the charismatic social skills is Celine Dion. She would deliver her artistry ineffective without devoted acting help. Her stage presents and interviews are entertaining. She went through a hard training not from her mother or sister…but from well trained specialist. This fact i can assure 100 %. Been following her career for the last 20 years.

  • Have you thought about what myers & briggs’ peronality type he might be? I’m an Infp-T and can definetly see him as an infp-A or maybe an isfp-A. For me he seems like an introvert, with a high self confidence. He also seem to be someone who might lead with introverted feeling. If he’s an extrovert (which he might be) i think he might be an ENFP or an ENFJ. I’m not very good at figuring out other people’s mbti, although I’m very interested in it, so it would be very interesting if you, or somebody else, had any thoughts on it 🙂

  • I think what is incredibly attractive about Harry is his willingness to be vulnerable. He trusts the people who love him and gives himself to them. He makes them feel special and they in turn feel so protective and loving toward him. There is a climate of safety and complete trust between him and those of us who love and appreciate him

  • yes i do love harry styles, but not only for his good looks. perusal him grow up and find the confidence to express himself in every quirky and weird way he wants, perusal him just live life for him, and truly Love life is so wonderful. I remember seeing 16 year old harry saying he wishes he could be “one of those people who is just confident in themselves” and seeing him now become that care free person. He is so charming and extremely kind. It’s as if he demands all the attention in a room, but you can tell he’d be just as fine without it. You can even see a huge growth in confidence from HS1 to HS2. I’m rambling but moral of the story is harry styles is one of my favourite people ever

  • Im so happy this article exists LOL i was a fan of 1D but Harry is what really attracted me like I honestly don’t think I would cared about that band of it wasn’t for him. Harrys personality has always interested me and every time i think i have him figured out he surprises me 🤷🏽‍♀️ i guess thats what makes him so charming

  • I like everything you said I’ve always admired Harry and feel like we are similar in lots of ways from what I’ve seen in interviews and read so I like that I feel truly understood in more than one sense and the comforting presence even though I’ve never met him lol I would love to see your analysis on other musicians like The Stones and Led Zep 🙂

  • Makes me think about what some fans have already noticed: Harry always looks people deeply in the eyes, so much most people think he’s always flirty. He’s not being flirty, he’s just focused on the person in front of him. In the same way, he always seems to stare at people during his shows instead of looking at the crowd as a whole. He needs to focus on some people and make them feel special because he has a mind like that, one which doesn’t wonder around but rather lands on some particuliar elements of the room. I’ve never thought of linking that with his confidence… thanks for you analysis!

  • After following you for more than a year now, it’s clear to me that the best personalities for you to use in order to further explain your truthful and wise “system” if I can call it that way, are the character Hank moody, Robert Downey jr and Russel Brand, and maybe Craig Ferguson. Please make articles on them in other ways whether through certain scenes from Californication or interviews of the real ones. By the way, I feel so happy for you after seeing how many people watched the Harry Styles and Tim Chalamet articles. I beleive you could get 5k subs by the next decade and much more.. Carry on my wayward mentor. You have no f&%%in idea how much you are influencing men and even women around the globe. Thank you.

  • Oh, it’s really lovely the way people like Harry. That certainly says a lot about him. I saw so many beautiful declarations of love here, of a possible and true love for Harry and if I didn’t know him I would fall in love with him too. He is an open beautiful soul, a peculiar kind of artist. No words, thank you for this🌼

  • Wait what? “Concentrate on this one person and give them all your attention as if it’s the most important person in your life and then you’ll feel peace and confidence”?? What is this logic? I don’t know if you ever had a job interview, or an exam, or an important formal or informal meeting, but the feeling that the person in front of you is the most important person in your life in this moment aka a person who basically holds your life in their hands is definitely NOT something that you want to feel in this moment…tf??

  • Wow, I must say this article blew my mind pretty much. I have never thought of how I would be able to change the way people react to me, yet I have been unhappy at times when I felt neglected in a talk. I think I am going to stop trying and just react to the situation effortlessly – Oh darn, alone the thought of this makes my knees shake xD

  • I have watched so many interviews of him the past few days. His voice is just so calming and takes me out of the chaotic energy in the world. He goes so much farther than his looks. Well yes, he’s very attractive but he is so respectful, patient, and kind. I’m glad he’s getting the attention he deserves.

  • You’re right about presence! The only thing though, it’s not really a social skill. It’s an internal skill. It shows how developed your consciousness is. You don’t need any social skills if you’re present in life. You’re just going through everything almost effortlessly. Because, let’s be honest, your ego has no power over anything. You’re just a tiny cell of the universe.

  • Problem is there’s always people that are the exact opposite. You feel it the moment you enter a room where they’re in..and then there’s me being nice and this kind of people try to drag you down for being nice bc they hate it. They hate you and your good mood and the way you see life. They spread negativity. They lie, talk bad about others and always try to put others down. They literally take your kindness as weakness and think you’re an idiot or at least naive. They won’t stop what they’re doing unless they accomplish what they try to achieve- to take you down with them. And they’re not even aware of their behavior or they’re simply sick. Idk Harry’s got the charme and I’m still wondering how normal people could overcome the kind of people I’ve described. He’s in fact a celebrity and hears nice things every day which is definitely helping him. He can walk away from poisonous people whereas some have to stay in class or the workplace with them and can’t escape that easily. I just remember me being a child and being so happy and loving and other people just came across my way in life and kinda crushing that part in me day by day. Its frustrating. Still. You’re right. And as I got older I’ve learned to be me without worrying about others. It still hurts sometimes but that’s normal as a human being. Sooo in the end Harry’s in a lucky position that allows him to be himself. Not everyone is that lucky unfortunately.

  • He’s just capable of making you feel special. When I went to one of his concerts, I felt like he was only singing to me, you know what I mean? And when he started interacting with the crowd I felt like I was the only one in the room with him, but when he stopped, I realised there were thousands of people around me. That’s how special he made me feel.

  • Harry and Louis always had the best personalities in my opinion, and they both talked about their moms in the same way, the influence their moms had on them shows a lot in their interactions with people, their moms were actually best friends until louis’ mom sadly passed away, but her kindness still lives in Louis and you can see that a lot in interviews, anne and jay are the role models every person should aspire to be as a parent.

  • This has to be my favourite comment section on YouTube. No-one is focusing only on his looks…which I’m so freaking happy for. People are commenting on why they love Harry so I want to do the same…I’m a Nigerian girl, and I love Harry so much (and not in a romantic way). Where I’m from Harry’s genre of music is neither popular nor common, so I can’t always relate music-wise, but this fandom feels like home. Harry’s values reflect on the fans and they are so welcoming and diverse. I have conversations with people from all over the world just because we discovered ourselves in a comment section. (I’m actually in a group chat rn with Indians, Californians, Australians, Germans, and so many more). Harry brings people closer. And for that I respect him so much. Never have I felt less than, or like and outcast because I’m black, which I’ve felt in other fandoms. I’m sorry for bringing race into this, but it’s just a major reason why I love Harry. I just feel so comfortable! He’s honestly like a distant uncle I’ve never met, but care so much about

  • For me Harry Styles is like a post-modern lighter less intense version of River Phoenix, After perusal River Phoenix I just can’t totally get into Harry Styles like he is so similar but always missing that spark that River had and no one in Hollywood has anymore. Keanu Reeves is way closer to River Phoenix charm than anyone now.

  • Wow. I’ve a lot of social awkwardness and I didn’t know where it came from coz as a kid I wasn’t like this. But now I realize why I no longer have friends is that I started daydreaming all the time and would constantly zone out during conversations. Thanks for this article am gonna try being present. INTENSE PRESENCE. thanks.

  • I think one of the reasons everyone loves Harry is because he’s a walking contradiction, in a good way. He’s a large, powerful, intimidating, Confident and charming man. But he also is a complete dork, runs around in sparkly outfits, and treats everyone like they’re an angel. He’s been breaking boundaries not just in his personal style, but also in sexuality, masculinity, musically and how he treats people in general. While all this is happening, he still lives his Gucci clad life like he’s normal. He’s just himself and he’s so unique.

  • Would you like to see Harry’s confidence disapearing? Then go find some articles of Harry and Zayn interacting back in 2013-2014. Trust me. You gonna see a side of Harry you’d never seen before, and I think you gonna find it quite interesting.. I would love to know your opinion about their relationship back then..

  • I am quite litterally in love with Harry but the werid thing is that I wouldn’t really want to be romantically involved with him. He’s super attractive for sure. He’s most definitely one of the most beautiful human beings on this planet but i would much rather be his bestie. I can’t really explain this but i just think that he has such an amazing personality that nothing could really top being his friend.

  • Anne is a great mom! Harry and Gemma both well rounded, and grounded. H is an old soul and can command a room. He is grateful for his success, but is always reading to expand his mind. I believe he is one that works to be a better version of himself even though he’s awesome already. I like the fact he said he doesn’t like the word FAMOUS. That always resonated with me. I’d like to have a conversation with him one day. His mind intrigues me

  • Never trust the person that is friends with everyone is all I’m gonna say.. They have either learnt how to be charming for their own gain or have grown up in an environment where they are expected to constantly please the adults around them. ‘Charm’ is a complex thing I think most of it comes from a place of hidden insecurity rather than authenticity

  • Wow… I am a 59 year old woman who wishes she had heard this years ago. I am very uncomfortable in social situations, BUT I love people, and studying them. I am drawn to people with confidence, YES presence! I adore Harry Styles and his music… his aura makes me so happy. I know this article is 2 years old, but I did subscribe.

  • Archibald Alexander Leach … aka CARY GRANT . . . will always be remembered as the most charming and debonair leading man since films became more than just Nickelodeons! He was born into poverty in England and was raised by his mother. He created the man and actor we know and love as Cary Grant. It was a very determined decision on his part and he carefully crafted his image. I don’t think Harry Styles is studying how to be a cooler version of himself! It’s like he said … Harry was raised with unconditional love and support and that has made him the man he is today. He truly treats all people with respect and kindness. He may dress differently since Gucci took notice … but he’s still a humble and very genuine young man. Wish we had more celebrities like him. His talent will stand the test of time and he will become a legend.

  • I think some men just have instant charisma and definitely presence!! He seems like he has the intellect to understand people from all walks of life. A person to instantly put someone at ease. I think people naturally gravitate towards people like Harry Styles. They have a warmth of character and always smiling and seem to radiate positivity and emotional depth. I understand the popularity.

  • I love this spot on article about Harry, and read a lot of the comments that I too agree with ♥️yes… he is beautiful in so many ways but it’s his genuine heart that is so captivating and he’s just so mesmerizing! I loved how you talked about his mental health being in a good place – I feel that’s so important to stress upon these days! I know so many of his fans don’t like that he doesn’t do social media much ( only to promote or do a wish on a holiday) but I like that he keeps all his work on WORK & his private life PRIVATE because when he does start promoting it’s so exciting because he’s been silent and I believe it’s as fun for him as well as healthy for his mental stability. Harry is an old soul to be so young, he is a wonderful at observation and he must have watch his sweet mum with eagle eyes and put all her manners into actions! Im so glad this wonderful man is in this era of entertainment because it needs him! 💗TPWK

  • Harry is just himself. You can “feel” what a caring person he is just by listening how he speaks to people. I would say that of all his relationships he values the one he has with his mother the most. I would venture to say that Harry’s mother always let him be himself and most likely doesn’t put on airs for anyone. You can see, hear, and feel the kindness in their souls. Thus “Treat People with Kindness”. A great motto to live by.

  • He’s like a soul who has embodied the human spirit and expresses anything without judgement or confinement. He’s the way it should be and without apologies for just being. I’m a girl who is also like that but we get what we get. From my view I’m just a person.. whatever it may be called or whatever it should be doesn’t matter. It is what it is and that is freedom and love. That is expression and that is life itself

  • Like with any artist. I keep my focus on his gift and talent. The music connects to all of us. It’s beautiful and very emotional. I can care less about his personal life. That his and his alone. I know he is in the spotlight and that is stressful enough. I want to see more of his talent through his vocals, lyrics and instrumental knowledge. When I see him on a radio or talk show I cringe because the host gets off topic and wants to know things that are personal and none of their business and they use him for personal gain in ratings. Seeing Harry kindly answer the questions with comedy is nice because it’s watchable. I pray for his safety and well being. The industry is toxic.

  • I just have so much to say about Harry today lol…honestly I used to always mentally calculate Harry’s views and likes and all that, and hope they’ll go up and he’ll get more recognition he deserves, but now, I’m just honestly too happy that he’s happy for me to care. He’s doing what he loves, and those that truly love him are supporting him, and at the end of the day that’s all that matters

  • i just find this man the most kind, pretty and lovely person in this whole world. he inspires me so much since i was turing myself into a person who’s actually on his fanbase. He have a personal own light witch only he can control or be so unique on his on way, he used to have a problem to dealing with his confidence and see Harry turing into this handsome and kind man makes me emotional every single time. i just love H.

  • I’ve loved him since I was seven. my family used to listen to one direction and harry’s voice was my favorite. I always sang his parts the loudest and loved whenever he sang. when I was eight I found out what he looked like and he was my favorite person ever. I remember thinking he looked so friendly and nice, and thought that for years. I’m fourteen now, and I guess you could say I have a crush on him. a huge crush on him. he’s extremely atractive and adorable. his personality and vibe is just so magnetic and likeable, and even if you dont know him or like his music, you go to one concert or watch one interview and cant help but find him so enjoyable to be around. he always seems so humble and genuine and down to earth and I love that about him. his looks just make it harder to stay away. he’s so charming and charismatic that when im at a concert of his I dont dare blink or look away. and his quiet confidence is immaculate. he doesn’t try to look or act like the best in the room or try to be better than anybody. he simply shows himself for who he is and as us harrie’s know, he feels good in his skin 😉. I think it would be stressful to be in his shoes however. his confidence compaired to mine, I couldn’t handle it. imagine going to a concert, knowing %80 of people there wanted to kiss you. I would be very nervous. but he’s not. he’s bold, friendly, and treats everybody the same. he talks to fans in the crowd as if he’s known them for years, not like he’s better than them or they’re gross or ugly or anything.

  • Harry is truly inspiring. I grew up in an abusive home, I had no friends, my dad killed himself and my mom is… She’s so toxic. I have no confidence, feel so worthless, have strong anxiety, overthink so much… People weren’t kind and my mom taught me to judge them, to be mean. Discovering Harry changed that. Now, I’m trying to be a better person, because this man basically showed me the beauty of humanity. Thank you Harry, and thank you Anthony for this article and all the others 🙂

  • Why is Harry confident? Because he is appreciated and loved. Its that easy. I haven’t met one fucking person who isn’t confident when over 1 million people pour love on them all at the same time in front of their eyes. Nor have I ever met one person who isn’t confident when they are appreciated daily for what they do. Look at Doctors. Do you think they have low confidence when former patients give them something back because they literally saved their life? Fuck no. Same with Harry styles. Oh and yeah he looks good but looks do come when you are happy and fulfilled and loved.

  • A young Harry said in an interview (and was very upset about it) that he wished he’d be a person that doesn’t care what others think about him but he did not think that he could be this person. Look at him now :)) I think it’s importnat that these traits you describe aren’t a “born with it” thing, he got a lot of life experience through his career and meeting various types of people, AND I think his parents and family & real friends surrounded him with a “no nonesense but very loving and kind” atmosphere that’s kept him down to earth. Stardom didn’t get to his head, he uses his popularity if needed but never in a mean or unkind way and his fans feel a genuine connection to the fun, kind and talented man that he is, even though he keeps his private life to himself fiercely (which he should!) He just balances everything with ease, or though it seems and that is what people attracts to him, I think. He is very centered. It helps he’s hot af, too I guess xD

  • This is why I look up to Harry. Even when everyone knows who he is, he stays grounded. He’s so humble and is always thinking of the people around him. Yes, he’s handsome and so talented but fame didn’t stop him from treating every single person he meets with kindness in his heart. Big love to Mama Anne for teaching her children with proper manners. Harry Styles, i hope you get to read this. You’re my inspiration and role model. You always treat people with kindness, and i’m trying to do the same thing. I love you with all my heart. I hope i get to meet you and let you know how much i love you. Thank you for being you. 💖😘

  • I’ve been a fan of Harry since he was in 1D, but he had never paid attention to his personality until a few years ago, the way he is…..is impressive and only inspires you to be a better person at all the senses (obviously in a good way, not negative) I think he is my inspiration and I think he always will be, indirectly it has helped me feel better about myself. 💖

  • Okay so it’s 2021 and I’m just perusal this why didn’t i see it earlier idk but thank you for it tho And well as for how the world goes lately having the quiet charm is pretty rare to find so finding someone who’s just like harry quiet yet so so loud and very radiant is amazing and powerful he hits another level everytime and he’s not even trying even when he choose his msg it was so simple yet has loads behind it so TPWK ❤️

  • i re-discovered harry styles last year. (i was a small fan as a little girl) – (harry was always my favourite in 1D) i had kinda forgot all about him thru these couple years) but uh once i found out how genuine, respectful, charming he is… he was 100% more attractive. it’s def not just his looks 🙂

  • I see Harry Styles then i immediately click this 😄 Sir, I just love everything abt this man and what you have said abt him. Aside from his PRESENCE,he also has a genuine ❤️..HS being famous is putting him on the highest pedestal and him being also known as one of the kindest person on Earth is another thing too.I remember what Ed Sheeran said to one of his intervws, that Harry spent his day off buying pizzas and giving it to the homeless people on the road .Ed mentioned it to the reporters he knew but none of them even bothered to put it media 😔bec back then, they were only busy tagging our Harry Styles as someone who broke this persons heart or so,someone whos dating his fan/mother’s fan or attracted to older women..but For me,in case other people may not know it(day off thing he did),i guess dey missed half of their lives!jst kidding. His values are very evident as to how he was raised by His Mother ❤️ #TreatPeopleWithKindess #MomsAreTheBest (Happy Father’s day btw to everyone😍)

  • Wow! As a woman fan of Harry Styles your article title intrigued me but I had no idea what I was going to hear. Coming from a woman’s perspective this is something I didn’t even realize about men and I’m 43! Yes I’m much older than Harry but I do find him cute, sexy etc it seems no matter the age many women do (geez saying that I feel so old now!) but there was always something else that attracted me to him and I realize it is exactly what you are talking about! Now I know after all these years the “unknown” reasons to me “why” a certain man attracted me even when I didn’t find them sexually attractive (no I’m not shallow). I sat and thought about those instances, relationships (some I should not have let go😣) and this is it! Your article also helped me think of something different to look for in a guy now (been looking for wrong things) maybe to find that selfless, true confident assured and probable caring person. I am very happy to find your article and actually interested even though I’m a woman, but still. I will definitely pass this on to my male friends. Thank you for uploading!

  • I didn’t fell in love with him but i fell in love with his soul😍 because mostly of him made me y’know change a lot he changed me a lot from my mental health and my prospective to people he really helps me a lot through my anxiety😖 and a confident built inside of me😊, NGL tho he is what i just portrait in my comments I hope there’s a lot of people like Harry Styles 💚 This is my pov on what is Harry Styles was 💚 If you guys don’t agree that’s what you think maybe you guys think different then me ☺️

  • What does it mean when someone stops in their tracks bc they see a white light outlining your entire body? I was at a friends house when three of us were in a casual conversation when one of my friends backed away from me quickly and while in shock they told me they saw this white light outlining my body. I couldn’t see it and our other friend couldn’t see it….it went away after a few moments and I just wonder what that was! It was an amazing experience though seeing her expression as she stared at me in awe while the white light was around me. Hasn’t happened since. (And none of us were drinking alcohol or doing any drugs😌)

  • I used to be like him.. confident, authentic, funny, being present in the moment and a good person to interact, to talk, to even didn’t care about what people think of me or of what i was saying, didn’t let any judments affect my mental health and always, always treated people with kindness… but it’s horrible to remember that people took advantage of that kindness and didn’t gave back, that made me change. Now i’m more introspective, not so confident and not caring much for other people, but only me… in a way of protect myself… I can definately say that Harry Styles songs has been helping me to believe in myself again, to be slighter… (Sorry for any gramatical mistake, I’m from Brazil and thanks for this incredible article)

  • When you are that good looking you are treated differentley than the rest, which boosts confidence. He comes from loving family (mother and step father). Raised width good manners. All these factors combined creates his persona, which is so magnetic for the rest of us. Good for him. Could easily put him on the same level as Brad Pit and Johnny Depp.

  • I’m tired of people separating humility and confidence so far apart from each other. Like how it’s treated that you can only have one or the other. But they actually coincide with each other. Confidence is quiet, insecurities are loud. Think about it. Also great article man, spot on observation of this young man.

  • I adore Harry after I know that song “Sign of the times” is his. I don’t like One direction earlyer they were kids for me. I was shocked how Harry is jokeing around in the band, but when it comes to solo career he is acting older that he really is, but with a smile. I think that’s why he is sexy for many girls . Misterious man are attractive.

  • I agree that focusing and caring about the person U r talking to is an essential social,, that my mother possessed. my dad, a classic narcissist was jealous, and even thought she was “faked” but I knew that many people liked her bc she genuinely liked them and showed them by giving, even strangers, her rapt attention.

  • Wow thank you for this article, I have so much to learn from this! It makes sense to me now, I freeze as soon I become aware of how I am acting when I’m having a conversation with someone.. but that’s because I’m not just not fully in the moment. I notice now that when I am 100% focused with talking with others, all that fear goes away and I feel at peace with myself. Thanks Anthony!

  • I’m new fan of Harry Styles and I was amazed by his confidence and his attractive aura. Last night I was thinking of how can I be like him. He looks free. He is being always himself and never trying to impress others, while I’m only struggling with my social anxiety and trying look “normal” in front of people. I’m glad that I found this article. I’ll try to practice the presence you talked abt. Idk why but what u said convinced me and seemed true

  • This is explained so beautifully. I feel like most of other “celebrity skills” esk articlees is just kind of nonsense for 10 minutes straight. This wasn’t like that at all! I feel like it was broken down to a point where you could apply this to your own life, and it was so inspiring and motivating!! THANK YOU!

  • They are both very different, but Tom Holland and Harry Styles come across so charming and genuine to me. They are both great storytellers which I love, but they’re also great listeners, and I think that has such an impact in a conversation/interaction, it just comes across so attractive to me for some reason.

  • This lesson really hit home. As an INFP who is pretty introverted and also deals with anxiety, cultivating presence and shifting focus from yourself to others is such a huge lesson and a huge help. I spend way too much time focusing on myself and how i’m coming across and what other people think of me. Obviously, that overthinking and second guessing is gonna be very visible to others and then they’ll see you as insecure etc. I’m consciously going to keep that word – presence – in my mind whenever i’m meeting people and talking to people. Gotta stop drifting off into my INFP daydreams! Making people feel seen and appreciated is an amazing quality to nurture.

  • Harry is a real positive person. I have never heard him saying anytjing rude or negative or shading someone, never! Infact, he dodges the questions or doesn’t answer but never says cruel of anybody. Also, he is really calm, mostly because he speaks slow 😅, but still his presence is overall really strong. I am massive directioner and Zayn is fav amongst them, but still Harry catches your the most, at least this is what I feel. Harry is definitely one of the best souls on this Earth.!

  • Harry recently said “I used to get so nervous before everything, before I did anything, to the point were I’d be so nervous I’d always be really disappointed with something because I just thought I was too nervous or my hand was shaking or something like that.” and I instantly thought of this article. You can tell he worked a lot to reach the level of confidence he has now. He also said this about hosting Saturday Night Live: “It was like, the calmest I’ve been probably for anything I’ve done. Which…is really nice.” It’s really inspiring. Harry (and your article) helped me a lot to stop overthinking about everything and to get ride of the constant blockage I would put to myself 🥺

  • This is my first time perusal one of your articles and I LOVE your perspective. I have learned from my husband about how much pressure men feel to impress people, and how most of them are completely misguided about what they think will work to do this. Like you said, most men think that the key to winning in life is power. According to my husband, they think that is what women want from them. Well, maybe some women do want a Scarface type, but Harry Styles’ huge popularity definitely proves that there is another, better way. I wish all men could see your article and really take in your advice. I also love how you credit Harry’s mom as the root of his confidence and sense of comfort with himself. What he said about her—how being loved and supported by someone who’s so completely kind is an incredible thing—I feel like there is no better parenting advice. As a parent myself, that is what I aim for. I may not always reach it, but I’m trying my best to give my son that unconditional love and support and help him grow up with Harry’s sense of what it really means to be a confident, good man.

  • I do get what your saying but people who would try this (present aura thing)wouldn’t do it generously and as a result of that they would seem just as desperate as before, in my opinion there is nothing more sympathetic than someone who is just Themselves and I personally recognize people who are fake or have wrong intentions very fast so they often become immediately unattractive for me

  • I always say to my friends that I LOVE Harry styles and they give me that directioners being directioners look but noo I LOVE him because he inspires me so freaking much. His confidence, his kindness, his art his mind everything I aspire to ingrain in me. Edit: I just realised I am perusal this article on his bday that’s today 1st feb

  • Can I just say how much i love this kinda of articles and you are amazing just the way you talk and everything. And harry have such a great great personality he is so sweet and an icon for everyone he just have a thing I don’t know it, i love this website so much keep going and please do more articles about harry.

  • Harry Styles is just an incredible, phenomenal human being. His talent is amazing. A true artist that touches us profoundly with his music. It can be deeply moving or fun, always special. His charisma and magnetism is unparalleled. He lifts us up with his kindness, caring and love like no other. His extraordinary light is something our world desperately needs right now. He is one in a gazillion. Thank you, Harry for what you give us.You make our world a better place.

  • I love how kind Harry is, but he’s also not a doormat. I’m impressed how he calls people out (in a cool way) when they ask “off color” questions in interviews. He’s never nasty about it, but he definitely gets it across that he thinks it’s not cool. For me, confrontation is the hardest thing and Harry always handles it like a pro.

  • I remember seeing him walk with a slight stoop when he was younger and thinking he might not be 100% confident, but that too is charming, especially in someone who is so good-looking. He’s obviously confident now but not in an arrogant or irritating manner. I find overconfident people tiresome usually, but Harry does not make anyone feel small. He gets the balance right and not just because of media training. With regard to kindness, we should not be putting him on a pedestal though, he seems to be a very good person, but he is not a saint! as he’s also admitted in his latest album. Absolute perfection is boring. I like the fact he’snot perfect (but he’s pretty close…)

  • As someone that has been a fan since the start of his career, i would say that he was the most vibrant and bubbly little boy ever. Of course he ages just like all of us, of course the pressure from the industry and his life changed him (not in a way bad) as he ages, he was the dream boy, the heartthrob of many, but since 2013 onwards i would say, he became quieter. We all know he struggled with confidence since the start of 1D, and along the way, he found his confidence in his own way. Being inactive on social media, saying the least on interviews, wearing whatever tf he wants to award shows . The media and the world talks about him bcs he’s so famous that his life is like an opened book, we see it all, but do u realise we actually know nothing. He answers questions with more questions. So hard to figure out. But that’s his way of keeping himself to himself. Which i find really mesmerising. His good looks is really just a bonus. The most important thing is we know he’s real about it all, and his heart of gold, people are attracted to kindness and its beauty. And harry styles just seems to have it all. Ok im done writing a fanfic here, stream fine line. Phew that was a lot.

  • i would say this is true of the harry today. but he has said that in the past he was always scared and nervous while in the bad. scared of messing up, of getting arrested, of being bad of doing something wrong. And looking at old articles and concerts, that is clear. he was always cool and collected and charming but you can see his interaction is different and he is trying to be cool and funny a lot of the time and it often fell flat…i do think his mom had a big part in shaping him (most moms do for good or bad) and i think she is amazing. but, he is also a very special person and that is clear.

  • First ever person in my life who taught me a lot of things even though I never intended to learn anything, I can’t get over that. I always looked up to great people and wondered about the greatness they possess and try to learn from them, But when I actually started listening to Harry styles my only intention was entertainment but the man moved me and help me discover my own better self. He is a great man, His kindness is his message to this world. His HIGH-LEVEL self control and calmness and patience always amuses me.

  • I think Harry is like “I want you to love me, and I’m upset if you don’t, but I’m not gonna sacrifice my happiness for you to love me” type of person. So your analysis is just spot-on. He’s a carefree person and his own boss. He’s a pleaser but also an independent one if that makes sense. He never explains himself and just lets people think of him the way they want.

  • This is exactly how I see him. Naturally cool, super charismatic, chill, go with the flow, but most of all authentic. He wouldn’t put on a persona or do, say, be something that didn’t feel right or real to him. I just found myself nodding along with everything you had to say. No wonder people can’t help but like him! 😂👑
