Who is the CEO of exhale?

Annbeth Eschbach, founder and CEO of Exhale Enterprises, Inc., has a unique perspective on the spa and fitness industry. She credits her MBA degree at NYU Stern for helping her create a new brand and business that offers a holistic approach to transformation and healing. Prior to enrolling at Stern, Eschbach worked for a high-end athletic club and spa conglomerate operating over 50 spas and athletic clubs in various markets. This experience led her to dream of creating a singular brand that delivers powerful life-changing results without having to travel from home.

Eschbach describes Stern’s Executive MBA program as “genius”, as it allowed her to learn multitasking and share her experiences with a small group of people. The emphasis on group learning aligned with the cultural shift towards collaboration in the workplace. Eschbach believes that Stern’s program provided her with the necessary building blocks to start her company, including drafting a business plan and creating a five-year model.

Exhale has grown from a dream, financial projections, and business plan to an award-winning well-being brand with 23 properties in 11 markets, dozens of proprietary programs, a large guest base, and 2, 000 associates. The company’s growth is driven by its ability to satisfy hotel and commercial real estate developers’ needs for a comprehensive well-being offering that can attract both property guests and the local community. As a lifestyle brand that encompasses spa, healing, relaxation treatments, and boutique fitness classes, exhale has been well-positioned in today’s urban markets.

Eschbach is excited about exhale’s latest proprietary class addition, Core Fusion Extreme, a high-intensity interval training class that has taken New York City by storm.
