  • Well done, thank you. Love Dior’s boots that fit so well around the calf, so many knee-high boots are now made to accommodate larger ladies’ calves and look way too baggy on slim/normal weight women. I also love Ralph Lauren’s structured top-handle suede bags, which I caught a glimpse of. I’d love to find less expensive “copies” as I can’t afford the real thing. I’ve invested in 2 suede jackets this autumn, one by Massimo Dutti, and one from Zara, already sold out.

  • Fall is my favorite fashion season. I love the colors & textures. I enjoyed your article & what is returning are pieces I still keep in my wardrobe. I m so happy now. I don t have to go out shopping & spending money unfortunately we are still having warm weather but soon I begin my fall fun dressing. Thanks for your article.

  • Well said the whole point about fashion is expression of who you are now a days its more of being dictated of what “””influences” like and they don’t encourage you to explore your own expression I think if you are not strong I your own mind and not easily influenced your way of dress will stand out more as you don’t look like every body else 😊 Love your points they should be more of this 😊

  • So I have gotten my Burgundy feather/maribou evening jacket (only evening???) and my long brown suede skirt with a slit. One super double brown leather belt and a Forest green fake fur jacket…love it as well as a short taupey jacket, huge collar and wide sleeves for quick runs about town with a very very long scarf. I am ready!!!!

  • Loving everything except the tartan/plaid. Done it many (😂), years ago & don’t think I want to revisit. The big skirts are always something I love. I’m surprised brown isn’t more of a neutral staple as it’s a colour that would suit most UK residents 😅 – & be more flattering than black. The “,clay” bag made me smile as I was looking for one the other day 😂. I’m a 63 year old non follower of fashion, but a “wear what suits me” type. Had simply felt a need for this colour in my accessories 😮 Oh to be trendy 😂😂😂😂 I’m sad that you didn’t mention bubble skirts were coming back – must have been a spoof newspaper article. Keep up the good work. ❤

  • Only a fool would spend $10,000 on a “real” bag. I have a fake Louis Vuitton bag and I walked into Neman Marcus with it. Several employees in the handbag section couldn’t believe that my bag was fake. They compared my :yt: HOTDUPS :yt: to the “real” one and they couldn’t tell the difference. Mine cost $40 and the real one cost $7500.

  • Thank you for this complete run down of how to plan for the new fall and winter season. I am so inspired to go through my closet and reinvent new outfits with my wardrobe. I love the burgundy and brown colour palette. I plan on looking for some bold belts to update my blazers and long skirts. I loved your wonderful ideas and guidance,

  • Hi Ciara, I am searching for the perfect outfit including coat for my son’s Winter Wedding. I love burgundy and navy but am a large size so want something elegant and stylish. It will be a 3 day event as they are flying back from nyc for a big Irish hooley! I would appreciate advice. Living in Cork but can travel to Dublin to find perfect dress. From Linda Twomey

  • I totally agree with snake print, I think it’s a way more classy way to add animal print, and matches the autumn vibe beautifully, same with crocodile, super cute! When it comes to leopard print I prefer it for warmer months, but in cooler months I prefer a more 1930s style leopard print, where it’s more of an accent detail on a collar or cuff. I also love zebra print, but I prefer it for other seasons

  • I’ve always wondered how they do it with street style, that every new season changes, even when it’s still Summer, but there are images of people wearing the colors and styles of the next season?? It’s not that they go out in the middle of Summer dressed for Fall or do they??? Or do they just take a photo with what they think they’re going to wear?? Why is this taken as if these people have already decided what they will wear or not, even when the season hasn’t changed!!! mmmm it’s weird!!!!!

  • I am in the United States. Your links don’t seem to take you directly to the product. They take you to a site where you have to shop and shuffle through tons of stuff specially the H&M site so please don’t say he has the link to the product when it’s not, I don’t have the time to sort through. I’m looking to influencers like you to help me make product choices. Not spend my time shopping.

  • I like suede but not with coats. I believe it will go out of fashion real quick. Looks very dated and 70s to me and not in a good way – and like another person says, it’s absolutely horrible to have cleaned and there’s a lot of work in keeping it neat and primed for the weather. Hahaha. This reminds me of I’d a couple leather pieces for a couple of years. Long leather coats and jackets. And the horror haha in maintaining them. Leather breathes so even though they just hang out in your closet, they need to be cared for, moisturised, regularly. I sold those pieces real quick 😂🤣 I’m just not the type to not care for things – my momma didn’t raise me like that.❤ In regard to leopard, I’ll always wear leopard. 😂 leopard girl here🙋🏻‍♀️
