Context: Jim:* fooling in class* This teacher: “Jim, you’re staying for detention. Meet me in my office after school.” * after school * Jim:”Sir may I come in?” This teacher:”Yes come and sit down” Jim:”So, sorry about earlier sir” This teacher:”Do you love your lungs?” Jim:”Ye-yes s-sir” This teacher:”You should’ve loved it more” (PARENTAL ADVISORY) (GRAPHIC CONETENT) *the end*
I felt a person’s lung inflate and deflate when I worked in surgery. I wore orthopedic gloves so they were slightly thicker than what the heart surgeons wore. Having that said, it felt soft and lumpy like swiping your hand over bubble wrap 😅 kinda. And once inflated it felt sleek and almost silky. It was kinda neatβ€
In Spain most people have this at home (I’m Spanish) and you can easily find it at any supermarket/drug store. We call it “agua oxigenada” (oxygenated water) and have always used it to get rid of period stains. I’ve been living in the Uk for a long time now and it has always surprised me that it is not that easy to find at the grocery store. It works wonders.
I was at a sleepover with my friend yesterday and i painted my face purple, and it wouldn’t come off, so I took this apricot scrubbing cleanser. It was like exfoliating or whatever, and the purple paint would not come off. So we took like another cleansing thing and it still would not come off so if she was like, why didn’t you put this on your face? It was hydrogen peroxide to be fair no one really knew what it was so I put it on my face and it was really helping and then after I put it on I looked up but it did and I was starting to panic but yeah, don’t put hydrogen peroxide in your face.
As a skateboarder I have to say that hydrogen peroxide has saved a few pants of mine. One time I went skating in khaki pants. Worst decision ever, I ate it hard in the bowl and ended up heading home with blood all over the knees of my pants heading down to my socks. It completely saved those pants and they’re spotless, just a couple tears in the knees.
One time my cat scratched me bc she got scared and jumped. (Definitely not her fault, she is a sweetheart) but it was a super deep cut in my leg. I didn’t wanna risk cat scratch fever so instead of just washing it, I put hydrogen peroxide in it to kill the bacteria. It stung, but ig this is why it was fizzing lol😂
