  • Sorry, I’ve lived here for many years and I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here. We have been overwhelmed with transients, crime and homeless camps. The reason Lynden is becoming popular is because people are running from Bellingham. Stores are forced to lock up everything because of the theft. Do your research about this city before you move! I’m planning to get out myself, and I’ve been here since 1984.

  • I couldn’t watch more than a few minutes of this article because the background music is both too loud and too annoying. (YouTubers, please note: Imposing background music over your talk is the bane of people with impaired hearing–it renders the speech difficult to decipher. (I am not hearing impaired, by the way.))

  • I’m moving to Bellingham from San Diego soon from near one BC (Baja California) to near another (British Columbia). I’ve been looking forward to my return to the Pacific NW since after my years at McCord AFB in the 90’s. Someone asked me why I would want to leave San Diego. I’ve lived in desert like/mediterranean climate most of my life. Nothing wrong with it, it’s just that prefer the lush greenery and vibe of the PNW! ✌🏼
