What is a 24 hour gym?
24 hour gyms offer a convenient way to stop off at the gym on your way home, eliminating the need to worry about opening and closing hours. These gyms can help alleviate gym anxiety, as off-peak workouts can relieve pressures. Peak hours typically occur between 8-11 am and 4-7 pm, but it’s worth checking with the gym receptionist to schedule sessions at quieter times. Being part of the gym community at unusual times can create a peaceful experience and even lead to making workout friends.

How do I cancel my lifestyle gym?
This document outlines the cancellation policy for Gym Memberships. Cancellations must be made in writing, email, or online, and confirmed by staff. Payments taken after a cancellation request are not refundable. Gym memberships can be terminated immediately upon notice if breached by Gym Membership Rules or for any reason deemed sufficient by the gym. Access to facilities will also be terminated, and refunds are not available. If a membership is cancelled by the gym, Lifestyle Fitness, or a third party, benefits accrued over the membership, such as referral points, free months, and discounted rates, will be lost.
Are 24-7 gyms safe?
24-hour access to fitness centers can pose additional risks, including property damage, theft, and assaults. To mitigate these hazards, administrators can restrict access to the building, restrict access to other areas, install a camera system, install a panic button/emergency phone, and only allow minors access with their parents.
By restricting access to the building, only allowing members with access keys during non-staffed hours, and locking all doors except one, administrators can ensure safety and prevent injuries or medical emergencies. Locking locker rooms and limiting access to restrooms can also help.
Another safety measure is installing a panic button/emergency phone, which can be connected to a recording system that can keep at least 60 days of recording. This system can help members contact authorities quickly in case of an emergency.
Lastly, ensuring that minors are allowed in the building at night without supervision is crucial. Members must sign an exculpatory agreement/waiver, which should state when the facility is and isn’t staffed. By implementing these measures, administrators can ensure the safety and security of their members while providing access to their fitness centers.
What time does the gym stop being busy?
Gyms are generally least busy during late-night hours and early mornings, specifically between 12 AM and 5 AM. Monday mornings are notably quieter compared to other times of the week. Factors influencing gym busy times include member behavior, work and commute schedules, natural sleep cycles, and member confidence. Traditional 9-to-5 schedules can influence peak gym hours, while remote or hybrid work offers new opportunities. Chronotypes can also influence attendance patterns, allowing chains to better align class schedules and staffing levels.
Newer members may require additional support, especially if they experience gymtimidation, which can be addressed by ensuring staff availability during quieter periods. Emphasizing good form, nutrition, and a reasonable workout time with plenty of rest can help boost member retention and create a positive response from gyms.

What is gym anxiety?
Gym anxiety is a common feeling experienced when entering a gym or fitness facility, often due to the uncertainty of what to expect. The American Psychological Association defines anxiety as an emotion characterized by tension, worried thoughts, and physical changes, such as increased blood pressure. It can be triggered by the unknown, such as the first day of school or a new job. 📹 The World’s Most Expensive Gym Membership ($30k/year)
Let’s see what $2500 a month gets you… Exossports IG: https://www.instagram.com/exossports/?hl=en SHOP GYMSHARK …
This definitely isn’t a gym membership, this is a training membership. Think about how expensive a personal trainer is. This is offering that service, plus specific meals, plus objective data tracking that’s far more in-depth than that of any regular gym. Absolutely worth the money if your athleticism is how you make your money.
Very impressed with this facility. When I saw the cost I thought it was going to be all about the aesthetic and things like vitamin iv’s, tanning beds, etc. Everything seems built for performance, and to help clients meet a goal. Obviously only the higher echelon can afford it but it isnt expensive just for the sake of being expensive. It has purpose.
If you added up the cost of meeting with a good personal trainer daily, getting a personalized meal plan from a dietitian, and hiring a personal chef or eating out every day, you’d definitely be spending way more than 2500k a month. I actually think they could charge way more. Its also obviously geared towards future and current D1 and pro athletes, and for those people, 2500k a month for something like this is nothing and will for sure have a big ROI.
Will I just wanna say your the best content creator I found. Since the last time I commented on one of your articles I was just starting my fitness journey and im still going since its only been 4 and a half months. But since then, thanks to you for inspiring me ive lost 60lbs! I started at 313 and now im averaging 250-253 this past week, my goal is to get to 200 now when originally it was 250 lol. Thank you for being you Will your articles really helped me start going! Much Love bro.
Definitely a situation where you can tell those employees actually enjoy their job! While this facility is so far outside the price range of probably most people perusal this article, if someone actually used all the services available there it honestly is a crazy service. Dietician, 3 chef prepared meals, pre/post shake, 1:1 trainer. If you can afford it and make use of everything you’re paying for youd honestly have to be trying to not succeed in your fitness goals.
Started perusal this website in 2019-20 when I was full fledged diet and working out. Along with my routine, I fell off the wagon of staying tuned in to your website. This week I’ve made myself get back on track, and I have to say your content quality had increased substantially… The humor, the production and editing, all very well done. Glad to be back.
Tbh initially i thought this is going to be one of those articles about some overpriced richpeople gym with stuff nobody needs but it turned out to be a super specialized Gym for very serious athletes/pros. I can see why this is 30k a year looking at the highly specialized service they are offering. You might be able to get all of that for less but youre paying for the convenience of having all of that in one place.
saying it’s a gym membership is a little bit (a lot) of a stretch, this is more like a highly specialised personal training, tracking, nutrition and exercise service. it’s for aspiring and pro athletes that wanna push the absolute limit that is possible still and amazing and informative article, gave me motivation to go to the gym today
cool concept. Private school for a kid, which is only like 9 months or so, is 30k+ in all major US cities. So 30k for 12 months of this gym membership isn’t outrageous. I do think there are simple things that work as well as some of these drills, eg, hip flexor raises, ‘reverse squats’ with straps, nordic curls are all really good for improving speed.
Great article as always! You probably get a bunch of these messages but you are probably the biggest motivator that got me to lose just under 50lbs since April. Kind of hit a roadblock screwing up my ankle and needing surgery on it at the end on May, BUT still managing to lose weight while not being able to workout by following your (albeit not that closely more freestyled) cut. Still got another 50lbs to go before I reach my goal of 200lbs.
I just signed up for my first ever gym membership. I’ve been doing Pilates consistently for almost 2 years and a gym membership has been something I’ve wanted to have but I never know what to do. But there’s a really neat gym here in Vegas that basically walks you through a full-body workout and also you can use the staff for guidance (without paying extra for personal training). I’ve had my first day today and I feel great. I also joined an MMA gym 😅. First week of Muay Thai down. Feeling so good.
I charge 2k/mo to train with me 4x / wk. I have about 16-20k in business/mo. I’m a top trainer for a luxury gym in the US but this gym is my dream gym to work at so I can learn from these coaches and continue to grow professionally. Definitely motivates me to elevate my game and what I can provide for my clients. It’s crazy to think that my clients paying me could pay the same price for this experience.
It’s a very nice gym but personally I prefer gyms that doesn’t feel like a “hangar”. Gyms with one huge main area can give that kind of vibe. I work in a gym myself and we have several gyms that are very different from one another. The one that feels the most cozy and have the best interactions between gym goers is a gym which consists of many separate areas. A “hangar gym” is a very different feel. Of course you are in a gym to get work done but having a pleasant inviting environment is important. I would prefer my own gym over the one in the article for sure even though it’s waaay less fancy.
This is the 1st one of these expensive gyms that actually interests me, not that I could ever afford it. Most of the ones I have seen on Will’s and others website seem more like bougi social clubs instead of place people go to actually train. This is all quality equipment and training food, instead of just fancy lounges and endless cardio machines with free weights no one touches. Like most of the cheap vs expensive gyms the cheap gym always instrest me more as they are more just for working out and not being overly fancy country clubs that just happen to have workout equipment.
Its not actually too bad considering they include a trainer with every session and supplementation. Say you train 4 times a week, that equates to under $150 a session. When you factor in whats included – its not bad, premium yes, but not too bad. Obviously thats assuming members will train regularly and consistently.
I mean to be honest if you’re a professional athlete and make enough money this is probably a worthwhile investment. Tbh you actually would probably save money because they offer a lot of services that you prolly would have to pay for either way. For example a personal trainer, high quality food, and PT. Yeah I think if you’re at their level this actually would probably be a worthwhile investment. Keep in mind these type of people are likely at the gym at the very least 5 times a week anyways.
so the that stats with drafted players is pretty misleading. I mean those people are top-tier genetics and highly talented people who happen to train in this gym. I bet my ass most of those athletes would be just as successful without Exos but Exos is smart enough to milk them and pretend that they are behind their success. Like c’mon they mention Barkley, it doesn’t really matter that Barkley trains there he could train pretty much anywhere else with any trainer that is above average and he would still be Barkley
These places are build for professionals athletes. Imagine you having a $60 million contract you’re not gonna go to a regular gym train by yourself not having a trainer and rick The chance of getting hurt on some cheap equipment that barely gets maintenance. $2500 for meals, dietitian on site, massage therapist, personal trainer and personal workout plan it is not expensive at all. $580 dollar a week. There’s a whole team of people inside that gym to help the athletes with their working out. Probably the NFL, NBA, NHL, NBL teams pay for monthly fee.
I thought this was just going to be a rip off full of pointless luxury rubbish, but this looks quite legit. This is an excellent advertisement for their service. I would never go there, as I can’t afford it and I don’t take going to the gym that seriously, but if you did, this looks like an ideal facility.
This is absurd and way over the top but equinox is 300$ a month and you get no food or trainer. This is 2500$ a month with a personal trainer, personal workouts, personalized supplements and dietician hand crafting all your meals while having you fed for every meal (you’ll also be spending basically all your time here)… It’s not as insane as i thought. Grocery and eating out bills could be 600-1000$ for just one person in some cases with no benefits.
The fact they make all of that money and cant gibe you the fancy machines shoes how much profit they are keeping. They are doing it as a money grab if its luxury price which it is then it should be luxury items. Not leaching off of rich people and not giving them the best. Then you have people that just want to say they go there and they rip them off also. If anything this article will hurt there image and imo they deserve it because they are just scamming everybody.
Here is my math. It’s $2,500 a month. Let’s say you try and eat all your meals there. Let’s say that replaces $1,000 a month in takeout. Now let’s say you are going to workout 4 days a week at 1.5 hours a day, and it’s led by a high end personal trainer at $100 a hour. That’s $150 a day…or $2400 a month. So we are at a $3,400 a month “value”. I can see how someone that makes a lot of money would do this. Even if it’s just for a year to learn and build a good foundation before investing the next years income into a kick ass home gym based on what you used at their facility…and perhaps a meal delivery service.
The broke complains about this expensive gym when you know the rich value their time much more than the poor like you. People who can afford this already make a lot more than you, and they are not dumb to waste their time to pay for it. Wonder why they are rich but you are broke ? Read my comment again :))
30k a year and there is no pool, and sauna??? ok there is the cold plunge, but that 49F is nothing. Should be colder. Even better a cryochamber!! For that money, that’s a big downside. Also who tf drinks a sweet protein shake with chicken? not only its disgusting, its nutritionally nonsense, why would you take 2 totally different protein sources like that??
That price better include a house cleaning service. I want my car cleaned every time I go, too. Maybe even a world shattering orgasm. Joking aside, I actually understand the need for a training facility like this. It appears include what is needed for an athlete and could you imagine being someone like, say, Ronnie Coleman and going to an everyday gym? Even a better one? You wouldn’t get a workout in for your fans wanting to talk, take pictures, etc. Hanging out with fans is not a bad thing, but sometimes you just need/want to work out.
Ngl. $2500/month for private chef (3 nice meals a day), personal trainers, physical therapists, nutritionist, and working out in the same place as some top world athletes is not that totally horrible. If they had a office for customers to work in during business hours, it would totally be worth it if you had a 100k/year+ remote job.
