What is the characteristic of a true teacher? i know you are also not charging any money for your session. But i still wanted to ask this question. Please reply thanks
Pahle jab me unmarried thi or chote chote bacho ko padhati thi to pure khush rahti thi or apna 100 percent bacho ko deti thi par kabhi kabhi lagta tha “ki kya boring life h yaar kahi par bhi ja sakte is job ki wajah se” par aaj meri shadi ho gai or mujhe bahut zarurat hai job or us khushi ki jo ab mere pass nhi hai …sach hai hum life me purani baato ko Yaad karte rahte ki vo pal kitna sukoon bhara tha par is present ko dhang se nhi Ji paate or ek din yah bhi ek pal ban jayega…..really I miss my students my family and my village or sabse jyada meri Maa😔😔😔
Very affectionate and cheerful teachers. No stress seen on their smiling faces. Smiling at your students in difficult situation is sign of a great teacher. I hardly smile at my students or try to help their difficulties. I like that primary male teacher who suggested that inferiority complex among children should be eliminated by teachers

I am really happy. ..maintaining strict discipline and food in my life.I am exploring it nicely and I am enjoying my growth here. If Teachers will concentrate on whole class each and every student instead of focusing on some fav students of his/her and make the class interactive by asking questions related to the chapter while explaining and make eye contact with all students without scolding on silly things and if student ask her to re explain and he/she politely do that ……………..BEST TEACHER EVER
Awesome sir,.. I’m also a teacher, providing science lessons on my youtube website. But sir, there is bitter reality in education system,.. Very less salary as compare to other profession, & no respect for male teachers.. Resulting very less no. of male teachers in education field.. Due to these two reasons no male teacher wants to remain in this profession. 😒😞
Thankyou so much sir for this great inspiration. Your interactive articles always make me feel enthusiastic and give a more clear view of life. I am an engineer and I am also going to become a school teacher, this made me feel really good about the work I’m going to do and now in a better way after perusal this. Love you sir!
Dear Sir, I am an English lecturer . I teach English for B.Sc students. In the last year I started my career as teacher. I am an introvert person. I am very short in posture and students are too much noisy throughout the class. It’s really hard for me to establish control over the students. I am very soft and kind in dealing with students.I believe the students won’t give importance to English as they think PCM or CBZ are their true stuffs of learning. I have dived into this profession by choice, I love this profession. I don’t think I can find a solution for this problem yet I want to fade away in this profession.

Hey Sandeep Sir, I loveee the quotes that you use in our lecture and elaborate exactly on it. Can you please make a compilation of most (I know all is not possible) of your quotes that you use during your sessions. Those compilations would be more beneficial if they are the clips from your articles because the way you say those quotes is wayyy powerful and enough to motivate anyone in seconds 🙂 thank youu
Thank you so much sir I also want to be a great techer, now I am a tutor, tution teacher I deal with small children, little big also but not so big starting level to 7 and 8 th class. And I want to make my future in the fields of teaching and education,, because by teaching the students I learned this thing about my self that this is the work which I am made for, I love teaching them and it is so nice to connect with to leanrn them, to see their beautiful smiles, their tantrums also, they fear also taht nhi mis nhi hk payga mai ko nhi aata, but when they learn that this is not their win over their that fear but it also my win, And I am very much passionate about their learnings, their education abd teaching and I want to give my best in teaching them and I love them alot and I am very much grateful for them. Sir, Thank you so much for this article. Many things are coming into my mind now. Actually I am a teacher now. But I worked into corporate world previously. So I have felt your each and every comparison regarding in that context. You are absolutely right. I feel that I am getting oxygen in my present life and don’t want to go back in previous life as it was so poisonous. You know Sir, I can spend quality time when I teach my students. Sometimes they crack joke on a topic of study and I indulge them a little. The atmosphere becomes so joyful one cannot imagine until they watch it. About the topic here and now I can share one incident. Once I helped my few students in rehearsal for a function. When they delivered speech during rehearsal I gave stress on perfection. But just 2 to 3 days before the function one of them did a mistake and became nervous. That child used different word of similar meaning instead of the word written on script. On that very day I told them after completion of the speech “You and I only know what actually is written on the script. None of the audience is aware of it. You have already understood the total meaning. So if you will use any similar word from reflex no need to get nervous nor it is needed to change and repeat the script. If you will do that then only the audience will understand you have done a mistake. But if you will go with the flow your performance will be mind-blowing and that will be a perfect performance.” I also cracked a joke “The script written by me does not have any copyright.
Sir i am a navodaya teacher i live 24*7 with students and presently very alone at school but i am very friendly with all the students and i get very much attached with a few students that i cant sleep in the night without seeing their smile or without meeting them before sleep at night. My questions are- 1. Is it ok to be attached so much? 2. I feel very disappointed when i dont get that respect/honour that they should have to give me. Its solutions please Kindly answers my questions anyone 🙏
There are many good teachers who had thought us a lot things but there are also many teachers whom smile I have very rarely saw. These kind of teacher just want to complete the syllabus and shout and punish children and by chance if their child does anything then they would not scold or punish him/her. These kind of teachers are not teacher but a paid torcher robot of a school.
i always utged to work for clg students. and I did that for couple of yrs. i got an opportunity to teach middle school. at first i was bit upset but tge kids changed my whole outlook. the smile and happiness on their face…. MaShaAllah. They wud come running to me where ever they spot me. Market, religious ceremony… I love my Midlle School kids. clg students are gd but middle school students are my life now.

Sandeep Sir agar apke pass 2 minute ka bhi waqt ho toh please read to my comment cause mein apko kuch current situation batane wala hun jo actually mein ho raha hain aur jiske wajah se society bigar raha hain, logo mein bharosa naam ka shabd khatam ho raha hain. Mein apna yeh topic apko 2 points mein bataunga. 1. Teacher – 25 saal ke carrier mein maine kaise teacher dekhay hain. 2. Students/kid – 1999 saal se lekar aaj tak ke generation ke bacchay kis type k horaha hain. Hi Sir I m Vaibhav from Kolkata, born and brought up here only for 25yrs & I m happy and proud to be bengali but not happy with the people of my city. Aap kisi ko bharosa nehi kar sakte yahan. I have seen this article for 3 times aur mujhay kuch kuch baat bhikul hazam nehi huwa jaise apke iss session dekhne ke liyay jo teachers ayay hain they are complete different from the teachers I have seen for the last 25yrs. Toh mein sidha point pe ata hun :- Teachers Maine ek ICSE board ke co-ed school mein parta tha. Uss school mein teachers log politics aur mind games khelte hain baccho ke sathay. Mere sath yeh har roj hota tha cause I was dumb and weak in studies. Mere school mein aise teachers thay jo students ko dara ke rakhte thay ki vo log khabhi bhi rustigate ho sakte hain with or without reason aur vo TC milne ke baad khabhi bhi ko dusre school maine admission nehi ley payenge. Kuch teachers aise thay jo sirf intelligent students ko priority dete thay aur weak students ka without any reason parents call karke harrase karte thay.
