To become an effective educator, one must rethink personal conceptions of power and move to a model of facilitative leadership. Evidence-based, user-friendly training modules have been developed to help early childhood educators promote children’s social and emotional development.

Being an early childhood teacher (ECT) allows educators to experience the magic of childhood through the eyes of the children in front of them. The most important reason for becoming an ECE is to help guide a child to grow socially and emotionally strong.
