In Ghost Recon Wildands PVE, players can customize their AI teammates’ appearances, including clothing, physical appearance, and even their own appearance. They can preset “Special Outfits” for each line, toss costumes and icons onto them, or click on “Random Outfit” to let the game randomly pick the character’s appearance for them. To customize their appearance, go to the skill point or load out menu, press the triangle/Y button to customize appearance, and then press RT/R2 to switch to teammates.
Customizing your AI teammates involves changing their clothes, haircut, and accessories, but not their weapons. You can earn cosmetics to earn more points for each team member. However, it is important to note that you can only customize your Ghost Recon Wildlands AI Teammates cosmetics, not their weapons.
In Campaign Mode, AI Teammates outfits can now be customized via the Charactersmith menu. However, gender, face, and weapons cannot be changed. Players can change their appearance at any time in the field, but only their own appearances can be altered.
To customize their squad members’ outfits, hit L/RT on the character customization screen to choose your squad mates and customize their outfits too. This page contains photos and a video to help players discover how to customize their AI Teammates’ cosmetics to how they want them to look.

If you don’t have this feature, make sure you have updated the game as this feature was added in an update. Edit: If you have a pirated version, go buy the game when it’s on sale or something, install it and update it. That is the only way. Then you get a lot of great bug fixes, crossover missions, and more features in the process of picking it up while it’s on sale or something.
I wish you could set the number of AI teammates. I’m at an odd place where I play on extreme because I feel my AI teammates are too overpowered, capable of wiping out a small base by themselves. I don’t like extreme difficulty because the enemies are ridiculous, so you’re forced to play stealth or die…Yet the game is not designed for pure stealth gameplay. It’s like it has an identity crisis.
