How To Transform Clothes Into Atomic Beauty Bodyslides?

To convert an outfit to Atomic Beauty in BodySlide, launch Outfit Studio and load the project. In the ConversionSets folder within BodySlide, find the file named AtomicBeauty. This mod is based on CBBE and provides the necessary BodySlide files for building Atomic Beauty outfits.

To make Atomic Beauty work in Fallout 4, convert every apparel item so it correctly wraps onto the body. The Outfit Studio is a 3D editing program that is designed specifically for making BodySlide conversions. It includes basic tools for 3D modeling, such as editing vertices and bone weights.

To use the Atomic reference set, select the reference body in Meshes tab and press Q. Use Mask on the feet and go to Tool->Invert Mask. The rest of the reference set is available in the Sliderset folder within BodySlide’s directory.

To convert CBBE armors to Atomic Beauty, batch-build all clothing to the body preset you are using. Click the “Build Morphs” box next to the Batch Build button and create a custom body preset or use one of the hundreds of body presets found on Nexus.

Press the batch build button to build refits for all base game and DLC outfits, so they actually fit your model. Larger bodies may require more effort to convert. Remember to update BodySlide Studio and follow the step-by-step tutorial to ensure proper conversion of outfits to Atomic Beauty.

How do I connect with my character?

In acting, connecting with your character involves understanding their point of view and why they do what they do, as well as reflecting on your own relationship with them. Actors often get attached to their characters, spending time getting to know them better than they know anyone in their real life. They experience events in their lives, acting out arguments, relationships, and losses, and giving parts of themselves to their characters.

To separate yourself from your character, remember to note the differences between you and your character, remind yourself of these differences, and live your own life for a bit. If you enjoy a certain activity, remind yourself why you enjoy it.

How do I change my CBBE?

To add physics to your meshes in BodySlide, you need to install all Vanilla Armors, open Bodyslide, select CBBE Body, adjust the sliders, click “Group Filter”, and ensure you have at least 50+ items in Outfit/Body. Batch Build and resolve any conflicts.

Additional Mods: XPMSSE, Fores New Idles, and CBPC or HDT-SMP are essential for animating models. Fores is the main engine that allows almost any model to be animated, requiring a’skeleton’ that is then told how to move by other modders. XPMSSE adds additional’skeleton’ bits to different game models, such as new limbs, wings, or breasts/butt. CBPC and HDT-SMP are physics engines that use the skeletons, add weight, and make them respond to gravity/movement.

For a model to be used by CBPC, it must have a skeleton with breast/butt components. Outfit Studio allows modders to make models with these skeleton bits to look realistic. However, for the physics to work, you must only use Outfit/Body that actually contain these skeletons.

Groups are helpful in this process, as most modders package their Outfit/Bodies with models capable of physics and models that aren’t. When batch building models, ensure you are building those with physics. Many Outfit packs have physics for cloth garments, but not for metal armor, as it would be unrealistic for metal armor to bounce around.
