It works with the lens to focus light rays onto the retina, a light-sensitive tissue layer that lines the back of the eye. The retina, a light-sensitive tissue layer, lines the back of the eye. The cornea’s shape is crucial for refractive errors such as astigmatism, nearsightedness, and farsightedness. Laser vision correction can correct these problems, while some eye conditions, like keratoconus, cause the cornea to bulge outward.

The light entering the cornea passes through the iris and pupil, which are the colorful or pigmented parts of the eye that control pupil dilation with the pupillary light reflex. The iris contains muscles that adjust the circular pupil, allowing more or less light into the eye. The pupil shrinks in bright sunlight and grows larger in low-lit places. • This stuff really works. Last year on 11th March 2017 I wrote in my journal that my next fitness goal would be to climb Everest and wrote down some necessary steps to get there. This year on the 17th September 2018 I climbed Gran Paradiso, the highest mountain in Italy and on the 24th Sept 2018 I climbed Mont Blanc, the highest nountain in the Alps and Western Europe. Writing goals down makes them visible to your eyes and not just your imagination. And then you start taking all of the little steps along the way to make the overall goal possible. Everest for me is the big goal even though it costs a lot and I haven’t figured that part out yet. Mont Blanc was just one step, a mini goal which was incredibly rewarding. However most importantly, It was a step in the right direction, and ultimately that is what progression is all about. Hope some of you guys and gals invest in a journal and take time to write down your goals, it’s a worthwhile exercise.

  • I want to honestly express myself, be able to have fun wherever and with whoever I am, but I also don‘t want to fool around, but be serious about what I say, and don‘t just talk random shit but express what I honestly feel and think, not needing to entertain people in conversations, but just expressing myself clearly, and be and think straightforward, on-point, have a hands-on mentality and rather start doing than thinking about something for eternity . i want to see the value in things and people, the short term and long term value. And act accordingly, choose my words and actions wisely to not look like a foul but like a man, like an alpha, who knows what he wants and how he can get it. I want people to thrive around me because my aura creates trust, stability and energy. I want to be fun and not too serious about life because it ain‘t worth it, and keep this inner child and sometimes troll alive, but I also don‘t want to give people shit and be more responsible for my thoughts, words and actions.

  • Q1. What do you want to change about the world? A1. Don’t be silly. You’ll change nothing about the world. Instead, change yourself, but limit yourself to merely influencing the people and places you have immediate access to. Beyond this, you would have failed and thus wasted your life. Q2. What could you contribute to the world that would make you feel proud and content? A2. Nothing you do for the world would make you feel proud and content. Instead, ask yourself what you could do for yourself, your family and friends, or your mate and associates. Satisfaction is primarily within and, at most, amongst those you are closest to.
