As a muslim, we already have all the power tools: 1. we wake up before the sunrise to pray our morning prayer (salatul fajr), we fast 1 whole month in Ramadan, aslo we can fast every day or from time to time, Islamic scholars have already talk about the powerfull benefits from fasting, also NOFAP in Islam is a must, it’s a SIN to do it (masturbate)!! Even to look at other woman is sinful and forbidden, so u can always stay sharp and control you lust. LOWER UR GAZE + FASTING + NOFAP (for singels) = ULTIMATE POWER to be an ALPHA MALE.
I typically fast 18 hrs out of every 24 hours, but I eat breakfast at 8am, right when I wake up. Otherwise I feel dizzy and sluggish in the morning and I can’t focus on what I need to get done. That early metabolism kickstart launches me forward, and then by 2pm I’m full and good for the day & I just go with a cup or two of afternoon tea. It’s also better for your body to not eat too close to bed time—a later eating schedule throws of your circadian rhythm and can disrupt sleep. So if you’re considering a fast, I would actually recommend doing the opposite of what he said and eating earlier rather than later 🔥
A tip to make monk mode easier. In the initial stages plan it out like a game and set your REALISTIC stats. Every week do a real reflection and and change them accordingly depending on the work you put in. I personally like the Fallout S.P.E.C.I.A.L template. This just made it easier to see improvements in all areas and keep me going.
Step 1: wake up before the sun rises Step 2: fast until you see yourself deserving for a meal Step 3: keep your blood flowing by doing some simple exercises Step 4: Meditate a healthy and focused mind is the best way to reach success Step 5: Plan your next day so you keep your days ready and organized and have plan B incase somethings go wrong Step 6: Sleep well so you give your mind quality sleep for best results
After perusal this my routine became different, I started waking up a 6 am I did a 30 min workout in the morning. A 20 min meditation and a few puzzles. I then ate breakfast. I studied the entire morning and then in the afternoon did a 1 hour workout. Before I went to bed I did more meditation and a few stretches with a 30 min reading session. Thank you so much! I feel prouder of myself. (I’m 13 btw!)
Wow, I just stumbled upon this article and it has completely changed the way I approach my daily routine. As a guy who’s always struggled to establish healthy habits, this breakdown of simple yet effective practices was exactly what I needed. And now I can’t wait to see what other insightful content this website has in store! Thanks for the great article, and I just hit the subscribe button to see what’s next!
This year, i had started doing 50 pushups daily. I continued it for about 4-5 months, but i used to miss out(or rather skip out) on a few days because i wasn’t disciplined enough. I used to think that i’ll carry forward the pushups to the next day, but that never used to happen because i would come up with some or the other excuse. I wasn’t making any progress. I had had enough. This month, i started doing a 100 pushups. It completely removed the option of carry forwarding it to the next day. I felt a bit stronger every day. Now, it doesn’t matter if it’s 1:30-2:00 in the morning, i complete 100 pushups, 50 squats and 25 lunges each side without fail. I’m 15 btw.
First: Wake up early, bc it sets tone to your day Second: Fasting, do something important before breakfast Third: Blood flow, move more entire day Fourth: Nourish yourself, read, eat healthy, meditate Fifth:Plan your next day, get ready to attack tomorrow(2 important tasks) Sixth: Sleep, have a good sleep hygiene
I used to wake up @7 am and go on with my day. I’m planning to wake up @5 am and from couple of days I’m setting up alarm for that, but I just wake up, shut the alarm and again go to sleep. Your article reminded me to break this cycle. From tomorrow on, I will be waking up @5 am, exercise, meditate, make a plan and then start the day. As always WE ARE FAR FROM WEAK 💪
Hunger! What an important aspect of achievement! I have been a hustler for my entire adult life. I have always told people that I will not eat any food until I achieve the goals that I have set. Result? Amazing! The connection between hunger and personal achievement is profound. You really have a deep over standing of all of the things you teach here don’t you? I haven’t disagreed with anything so far and I’ve seen almost all of your articles! Great work serving humanity like this!❤❤
As an example for people, this is how I do my day. I wake up at 8am. I run, either long distance or sprints. Then I eat breakfast. Then I do 1 hour of Korean language learning. Then it’s around 11am. I run my company until 6pm. 7pm Workout calestenics. 8pm Kickboxing. 10 to 11pm I watch 1 episode on Netflix of a show to calm down. Then I sleep. It’s worked out for me so far. The main way to get to here is to not do everything at once. So let’s say for the first 2 weeks you only do runs, then you add Workouts, then etc etc. So you don’t overload your brain from being well Fried.
Can we all take a moment to appreciate the time and effort that is being put into these articles for us? 👏🏻 You can probably relate to me in perusal Dre Drexler, Hamza, Frisella, Bedros, FarFromWeak and so on… I’m grateful to have Dre Drexler comment on one of my recent articles and for Bedros to respond to me personally supporting my journey. I hope that my articles can help at least one of you on your journey… We got this brothers. Let’s go 🤜🤛
All of these daily routines are designed for us 1430 ago !!!! First routine: As a Muslim I have to wake up everyday at 4 o’clock then I study my lessons Second: In our religion we take fast Mondays and Thursdays or eat less Third : Everything that’s causes wasting time is not allowed for us but unfortunately we waste time. Alhamdulillah❤
I agree with some of this but not all of it. Everyone’s lifestyle is going to be different even if they are successful. However I did feel like journaling what you need to do the next day and waking up at a early time are great habits to start. Even delaying your lunch break is good too. I appreciate all the work you do to boys and men how to be more masculine. This is sadly something that is not promoted anymore.
Luckily, I have incorporated many of these suggestions in the last couple of months but there are a couple I hadn’t thought about. Thanks for posting this brother. I am beginning to see many benefits in what I have been doing and the things I’ve come across on this article will help me level up. I really like your website here. It’s helping me to find the cracks and fill them in with good cement. I’m slowly getting in danger of becoming a good man. Peace to you my friend. May your website thrive as you help boys become men.
Main principles: 1. Sleep quality (wake up and go to sleep early) – 2h before go to sleep turn off all screens (kindle is fine) – ==SAME RULE APPLIES AFTER WAKING UP== 2. fasting (eat after you deserved it. Water is legal) 4. bloodflow – move multiple times during a day 5. Guide your attention: – meditate – journal – dont get distracted I have something similar on Hamzas article about bullying
This content is saving my life and the lives of my friends. The movement will never be destroyed. We are Far From Weak !!!! Step 1. Wake up Early Step 2. Fasting Step 3. Blood flow Step 4. Nourish yourself Step 5. Plan & Priorities your next day Step 6. Sleep Be strong everyone we all start somewhere.
This guy is really motivational, he doesn’t fear speaking the truth, if it helps others. I really needed this article, some years ago i was bullied at school so badly that i have a dislocated bone, because i was weak and i couldn’t become stronger, even if i trained hard 2h a day, my life continued to go downhill, i lost my house, my school, my friends, everything. And like that i lost all motivation, and things got even worse, i started building bad habits and a weak mind. But then i remembered a promisse that i made to a very important person, and i thought to myself: “i will change something in the world, that means i have to suffer more than the others if want to reach my goals, so i will not give up!” And i trained harder then i ever did, to become strong in body and mind, i trained until my hands were bleeding, until my arms stopped responding and my vision started to blur, and with that i changed, but, i didn’t have the results that i wanted, and i realized that i had to use my brain, more than my body, and i created a YouTube website, to get better at other things, like dealing with audience, being consistent with upload schedules, and it’s going pretty well. And if someone had the patience to read this, u have my respect 🔥
I’ve been abiding by the fasting rule for so long, think about it, our ancestors had to hunt and kill their food to feed their families, just for us to nowadays wake up and eat for no reason when we haven’t hunted for or achieved anything. People dont even eat when their hungry anymore. My mom gets bothered by it telling me “you need to eat” like no I need to eat when it’s necessary, not because you want me to lol. Plus when you fast, you’ll notice you’re more energized then when you eat, you already have stored energy, no need to over energize the battery. Eat when necessary not just to eat.
I am a 15 year old boy I wake up early to go to school like around 4 to 5 I eat jonkfood everyday and I can’t fast because I have an illness that makes me pass out when I don’t eat but I exercise every day I am very strong for my age but I have bad mental health and this has caused me to have mental breakdowns so I whated to know what I should do to make my life better😅
Try reading chemistry or bio or history or anything one hour before bed which you find tough and boring. Because the reason you may find it boring may be the fact that you do not really understand it so when you would really start getting it then you would be getting quality sleep. Though I won’t recommend maths because then your brain activates too much and you crave to solve more if you get the concept

Same here. As a Buddhist, on special days we observe “Sil”. And what we do is avoid doing some things that we used to do in our day to day life. That includes listening to music, sitting on comfortable seats, eating food etc.. after the Sil period is over, we can eat and trust me, no matter what we eat after it, is the tastiest and most fulfilling food we ever had. Also we are more aware and peaceful
Sounds cool, but I have to disagree with hunger step. For some people it might be benefitial to stay hungry for the most part of the day, and keep it as a motivation, but the fact is that hunger causes releasing unecesarry cortisol (that’s not benefitial like cortisol released during exercises) so makes people stressed, irritable and less capable on focusing on task given. But I’m not saying that eating till your stomach gets full couple of times a day is benefitial either, because it makes you more sleepy, so you have to find a balance and you shouldn’t fast especially when you are bulking. Apart from fasting part, that was great article, good job 😀
The only thing I would add is that the first thing you should do when you wake up is to go outside and get some sunlight in your eyes – just for 5 minutes. And if you’re up early the sunlight isn’t even that intense yet. I don’t mean stare directly at it, but at least be facing in that direction. This will result in you getting better sleep patterns/quality and help program your subconscious that it’s “game on” time. (for reference: Andrew Huberman – youtu.be/WDv4AWk0J3U)
Forcing myself to not eat until i accomplished something is a thing i developed on my own over time because i felt that having food to eat was a privilege and i needed to earn that privilege everyday. In a way it worked but i dont suggest it for everyone because of the discipline and commitment it takes.
It might seem like something little, but going more often to the park even just for a walk or a bike ride or even better some training in a green place between some trees really clears your mind, relaxes and makes you happier. I am a sport person, I like dancing so today we went for a demonstration with my dance school (for hobby) and it felt great. It was in a park and adding your top passions to nature or breathing some fresh air is reviving. I would also like to point out that waking up early gives you several advantages especially in the summer in some places in our world. I think it’s mostly everywhere where there’s an average climate, but where I live, during summer days it gets really hot between 9 and 11 am. Before that, the sun is still going up and it would be the perfect climate. It’s fresh air, it’s warm but not too hot. It’s okay staying there even if it’s 9 or 10 but after some time you’ll feel the hot sun on your skin. I’m not saying you should avoid all contacts with that kind of hot temperatures, in some cases it’s just impossible (I worked in farms i know what it means to be in greenhouses with 40/45°C), it’s not so much of a big deal sometimes and you just gotta stay highly hydrated. Just that it is a really great feeling. That’s why I hate winter days and I love being able to walk with short and comfortable (but good looking) clothes, do my gardening and getting some sun so my pale skin can get a little natural vitamin and a slightly darker tone.
in Serbia we have saying “who wakes up early grabs two fortunes” and ” in healthy body is healthy spirit” and “healthiness is coming in to mouth” also my grandpa was saying “stop when you enjoying the most” (all of this rimes in Serbian) and those sayings are more than 700 years old and actual to this day, keep updating articles and making people come back to the roots of common sense!
What I already do: – 1meal a day 3 hours before sleep – carnivore/keto – water + salt – going barefoot also in the city – cold exposure Goals still to achieve: – develop a business (several ideas are explored) – getting of every pill and drug permanently When my intermitted goals are achieved I want I want to hunt barefoot in the winter forest for several days. To prepare for that I ate raw meat and raw eggs. It’s something undescripable ultra primal to tear raw bloody meat with year teeth. Also cold showers should train temperature resistance. I want live like an animal for a week far away from any settlement. May I will never return and stay in the wild. Ps: And sure a real woman (gf) would be great.
fasting is underrated. It can be good for the body and the mind. Lately I’m trying to do a 3 day water fast but its not recommended. I love waking up early especially when have to work M-F and come home early. A night routine to go to bed early also helps to wake up refreshed. I love reading and meditating on how my day or week went. That’s why I keep a journal to process my thoughts and take a break from reality. Sleep is crucial for mind and if youre fasting.
Islam teaches the same 1. Wake up early and pray fajr 2. Fasting: every year we Muslim fast for a month from sunrise to sunset without food and drinks 3. Personally, daily routines don’t work for me so I pick certain things that are productive and do them each day I make sure to train my mental, physical, financial, and health every single day i do this because everyday is a different day so if you tie together a daily routine that is too LONG then it won’t work so i have a short routine that keeps me from going haywire
I don’t agree with the first. Everyone has different biology and when wake up early can help some people to have a better day, for others it will be terror. If you want to be successful the first thing is you have to be relax. Tired people don’t think clearly. And it’s not about to sleep 10-12 hours a day but to have proper hours of sleep. For example for me the most beneficial is to sleep 3:00am-9:00am.
Most of all my life i function much batter at night….i wlaways fell much batter as i work night shift…. ALWAYS….NO MATTER THE STRAIN KF JOB….sory for bad english….this chanel is for people younger than 35-36 years old….and for western culture…but till there is a little help….PEACE OUT…
Belonging to sanatan dharma, i can share that we people wake up early in the morning and we daily practise yoga and dhyana which people are doing all around in the world in the name of meditation. Also worship our god daily… and there are many ancient practices which we perform before the beginning of our day ! Har har mahadev ! ❤️
I wake up at 5am. Do 10 pushups 10 sit ups and a plank for 1.5mins. I then jump in the shower and go to work. Start work at 6am. My job involves a lot of walking so i’m constantly on my feet ( 20000+ steps a day) i only drink water till i finish work at 2pm. I then go home and cook up a carb lunch. I sit and relax for an hour. Go do whatever is needed for the day ( shopping, lawn, tidy house etc.) it is now about 5pm i do another set of pushups, situps and plank.make a protein dinner. Sit and relax for another hour. Read a book or manga before i go to bed at 8:30pm. Ready to do it all again. This feels like a bare minimum of getting through life.
Even as a Muslim prophet muhamed(p.b.u.h) told us every thing Hadith “وَعَنْ اَلْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِيكَرِبَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَا مَلَأَ ابْنُ آدَمَ وِعَاءً شَرًّا مِنْ بَطْنٍ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَحَسَّنَهُ. .” Al-Miqdam bin Ma’diakrib (RAA), narrated that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: “A human being has never filled any vessel which is worse than his own belly.” Related by At-Tirmidhi, who graded it to be Hasan. Arabic/English book reference: Book 16, Hadith 1519
Yaa, follow these word to word… And then become a YouTuber… I must have had been sleeping under the rock, and that’s because when i woke up, being a YouTuber has have Became a SUCCESSFUL CAREER for all who possess a 2-megapixel camera phone… I can only imagine how much YouTube and it’s nonsensical creators are doing for mankind and technologies… Kudos, Douche…

i want to share something, Spartans used to practice fasting because they knew full stomachs weren’t going to create cities. What do i mean by this, people who are used to being comfortable would not even dare bite the hand of who feeds them, they are used to being lazy and comfortable, when Julius Caesar asked Caxias what type of men did he fear, he replied, obese men with bald heads, he knew those type of men would not even dare attack him, Julius would have been more scared of Caxias if he wasn’t obese and bald, he knew these type of men lack AMBITION. i hope you have read this 2:37
Dear Brothers, hope you are all fine. I want you all to know that every Muslim is following these rules from more than centuries from about more than 1400 years past. for more detail have a little research on way of life to live in accordance to Islam every day. (Kindly never make fun of any of religion i personally respect every religion) (Our religion doesn’t allows us to make joke of any other religion and i hope same from you all)
In this article i think you are talking about Islamic daily routine. Get up early in the morning for morning prayer that build your focus, read Quran that relax your mind and gives you an aim to live and not to eat full belly and so on. He almighty knows everything about you who created you and me and he had given you the instruction manual for life in Quran by his last prophet Muhammad PBUH.Thanks for beneficial article.
this article is awesome, but i have a question for step 2: Fasting. ok, you fast for lunch and dinner. But what about breakfast? Science says that breakfast is the most important meal during the day, so if i fast breakfast i’m doing a good or a bad thing? For the rest i agree with everything and i start with this daily routine tomorrow (i’m not procastinating, but i start tomorrow ’cause i watched this article in 06/07/2023). Wish me luck.
heres a lifehack that i tried and WORKS: imagine sleeping is a train track and when u go sleeping there are a lot of tracks- but every 1.5 hours (90 minutes) is the pro station. the sleep cycle has finished and you can wake up refreshed. you can either sleep 3 or 6 hours or 1.5 hour or any hour at 1.5 interval
there’s definitely some people out there saying FarFromWeak is talking utter bullcrap; i used to be one of yours until i LISTENED. ive been trying his methods of lifestyle 2 weeks ago, and he’s not even lying – plan, sleep, wake, act can bring you a long way and exponentially increase your productivity. unfortunately i lost to NoFap just now… but the battle isnt over! be defeated 9 times, stand up 10. p.s. if yall are like me, and you keep doubting your own potential – as long as you try to hop out your comfort zone one at a time, even the smallest improvement counts – if you strive to be stronger day by day, you are FarFromWeak.
I disagree with fasting Part, it does awaken you, hovewer, hunger is a very distracting force as well(or i misunderstand it with starving). I eat only when it’s necessary, after i work out i just eat fried eggs and drink water. Nothing else because i do not need it. It’s really as simple as not relying on food for dopamine(avoiding sugar, snacks, etc).
How can I choose to sleep, O God, my God, when the eyes of them that long for Thee are wakeful because of their separation from Thee; and how can I lie down to rest whilst the souls of Thy lovers are sore vexed in their remoteness from Thy presence? I have committed, O my Lord, my spirit and my entire being into the right hand of Thy might and Thy protection, and I lay my head on my pillow through Thy power, and lift it up according to Thy will and Thy good pleasure. Thou art, in truth, the Preserver, the Keeper, the Almighty, the Most Powerful. By Thy might! I ask not, whether sleeping or waking, but that which Thou dost desire. I am Thy servant and in Thy hands. Do Thou graciously aid me to do what will shed forth the fragrance of Thy good pleasure. This, truly, is my hope and the hope of them that enjoy near access to Thee. Praised be Thou, O Lord of the worlds! ~Baha’u’llah
