To improve productivity, open a document in Google Docs in a supported browser and click Tools. Use advanced features with Google Workspace, such as Gmail labels and filters, to organize your inbox. To create a G Suite account, click “Get Started” on the G Suite homepage and enter your company name and number of accounts. Gmail offers 20 tips that save time at work, including sending emails with max 10 GB attachment files, using confidential mode, and working faster with Google Docs.

  • so practically it boils down to email account, storage and g-suite. If I want to use several domains for each user, will that be possible? And is it possible to setup MS outlook with g-suite email? (g-mail app really sucks, like it was done by a bunch of developers and zero architects, zero UI engineers). it would be also great to have google forms with auto-responding emails. This is biggest limitation of google form, that you’ve got to check your form responses all day long and respond manually by email.
