Thanks for the info. I had changed my autoship to the duo burn this is my first day on it, I started with the main dft for a few months ago and decided switch to try Duo Burn…I thought it was good for weight loss and fat loss? Is that incorrect? Also I already eat healthy, but I’m wondering on burn do you have to workout on it or can you eat healthy and not workout. I do plan on adding working out back in once my foot injury heals… but will burn still burn fat and help with weight loss as long as you reach for healthy foods? Thanks in advance if your able to answer back this baby thriver🙂.
Thank you so much for the great explantions of the patches, I’ve always gotten confused. I think I am wearing the wrong one, I was using the Duo, but I think I need to switch back to either the black label or do the new one TAC? I don’t think this one is giving the full results I want. And also what do you think of sculpt? And when should someone take it? I take in the morning, but sometimes don’t alwasy workout in the morning. Thanks Tonya
I only ever used the Thrive shakes and I will say 2 things. 1. It tastes more chalky than an actual thing of chalk. 2. It made me not want to eat and I felt very full for almost a full 8 hours. I run 5 to 6 miles a day so I naturally tend to eat more than an average person every meal. I was very surprised that I didn’t feel hungry for along time after this shake. It works but i honestly rather eat my dogs poop than drink this shake ever again. The shake is literally that nasty.
Im been doing thrive for a month and 6 days and im still tired and wanting to take naps sure not getting energy like its says full of energy im normally a active person but im getting the opposite effect Why ?? First few days was good that why I order 3 month now I feel Its a waste cause not doing absolutely nothing for me but sluggish all day NOT ENERGIZED
I hope respond to this comment I’m so confused because I was worried about losing weight that I don’t need to lose I was also told by this thriver that it wasn’t a diet and that after the three steps I could eat what ever I wanted to without the fear of losing weight and that it might curve my appetite where I don’t eat as much but I would still have the energy and my body would be cleansed. I really hope I hear from you before I get my thrive samples from my sister.
I was sent 2 days of this system but the distrbutor didnt send me the shake. When i questioned not getting all 3 steps she told me that the shake is just a meal it doesnt give the energy. But i keep seeing these articles that say it has t be taken correctly to work. So am i wasting my time doing 2 days with just step 1 and 3?
