During pregnancy, most women can determine their baby’s gender around 20 weeks. Obstetricians often offer a 20-week ultrasound scan to check growth and development, determining if the baby is male or female. Parents can buy gender-specific items after this appointment, or they can buy gender-neutral items at birth. Neonatal mortality remains a significant issue globally, accounting for 47 of under-five deaths. The World Health Organization has developed indicators to monitor maternal and newborn health services, including the proportion of newborns who received all four essential care elements: immediate and thorough drying, skin to skin contact, delayed cord clamping, and early initiation of breastfeeding. This analysis examines the impact of sunflower versus mustard seed oil massage on neonatal mortality and morbidity in the Sarlahi district of Southern Nepal from 2010 to 2017.

Since I am now currently full term in my pregnancy I thought I would share with you my newborn must haves and how I’m …
My one suggestion if I could only give one (apart from food, warmth and sleep space) essential- those glider chairs. I have two. One for upstairs and one for downstairs (both il tutto) and it is 100% necessary. My baby has tummy problems and the only way I can get her to sleep is by walking her around, which is tiring, or rocking her. I love my chairs so much I could kiss them.
Ahah it’so weird, but with my newborn i didn’t use almost any of these products 😂😂😂 He didn’t like white noise, nor swaddle or baby carrier and i breastfed, but didn’t like the pads! Never used blankets either! And he almost never got reflux so didn’t need the burping blanket. But i do prefer the pouch like you, more practical :)everyone’s experience is so different! But thanks for sharing!
Love your articles! Have you read Save Our Sleep Bedding Guide? I’ve recently discovered it with my 3 month old, and realised I needed to dress him way warmer and have blankets then the recommended Ergopouch charts! Should have a quick peak at it. Changed my babies sleep immensely! Much needed when you have a toddler also for that good night sleep! X
Hi, I’ve been a fan since 2016, and thanks to you I was finally able to get skinny. No matter what i did I couldn’t slim down. So you’re the goddess of wisdom and I’m going to be an aunt and probably godmother. Now, my SIL is very young and very skinny, I bet she might be a bit anemic, but my brother says she’s already been tested for that and she isn’t, but out of personal experience I know. I want to help out but babies are not really my cup of tea so I’m doing research and honestly, I get a bit exasperated. I would like a article of how you took care of yourself during pregnancy, mostly food and supplements info. If you have a article like that could you point me in the right direction, please? I really want some of YOUR advice on that. I don’t trust other Youtubers, and while drs will definitely be involved I don’t trust them…. I spent 16 years with drs and nobody could help me lose weight, I watched your articles and now I’m thin, so, I’d really appreciate some help with that. Or anyone from the Sezzy Squad who knows of a blog she has made about nutrition during pregnancy please. I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!
