  • Can’t wait to try the pesto I just made on a pizza! Thanks for the firewood source. I was wondering where people bought this Also, please tell me where I can find the individual proofing containers you used. The size and width are perfect for individual ball of pizza. I’ve checked all over the Internet and haven’t been able to find them. 💕💜👍💜💕

  • He said the sauce is a little side note them adds 10 cups of sauce(obviously not 10 cups but a hell of a lot of sauce) maybe it’s just me but I’m more of a olive oil a garlic kind of guy. Maybe a white garlic sauce but if so then a very small amount. Sauce to me makes the pizza too soggy I like it to be a bit crunchy in the center but never soggy. I do have to say this look amazing and I know taste even better.

  • I make veggie pizzas all the time but he has over complicated this. Parm is great on the base however it doesn’t substitute mozzarella! If you wanna do a good veggie pizza just do onions, green peppers, jalapenos, olives and mushrooms. Sundried tomatoes and fresh basil also elevate it. Brush the crust with some garlic pepper butter.
