  • News flash half baked Hannity! Even McDonald’s puts mustard on their original burger. As does White House, Krystal and Burger King! For me the best burger is very, VERY well don, a slice of raw onion, dill pickle and yes, mustard. On the other hand my 5 and 7 year old grandsons eat theirs with ketchup only … like most children. 👦 Maybe when your taste matures more than a child you, too, might like mustard. Nut who can wait that long? Wouldn’t it be nice if we had a president that made you look to ketchup as the source of a scandal instead of criminal activity, an qualified cabinet, nepotism, infidelity, nribes and pay offs, eness resignations, lies, and even treason!

  • The list of classy of this first couple is fabulous. Own beer is a preserve of a few connoisseurs in this area. Michelle’s garden reminded many Americans that a garden in their often vast backyards is in order. Having a garden is energising, you get to plant your own food which gives you high quality fresh food. The sense of achievement from that must be immense. A most healthy and desirable hobby.

  • So he eats up to a half dozen eggs, potatoes and toast for breakfast with occasional bacon and oatmeal. He likes some veggies which is great. He likes chili, burgers medium well and chocolate. He drinks alcohol. He does seem fit but his diet doesn’t seem especially “healthy” to me. His diet seems like just a normal American diet.

  • I remember hearing he likes fried chicken as well as burgers. If you are in good health and fit, burgers and fried food can be part of a reasonable overall diet every now and then. Mustard on a burger is common in the south, and actually not bad at all. I am not a ketchup fan and like mayo on my burgers. Surprised Obama does not like mayo. Also, what’s with ordering a burger medium well? Biden ordered it that way too. A good burger should be medium rare to rare.

  • I have President Obama’s physique. From my life experience, it is not what you eat or what you do not eat, it is about how much you eat under your circumstances that gets you there. What you do and do not eat matters for specific health purposes, but not to be fit like President Obama. That is the reward of Discipline.

  • If he avoids sugar, Obama shouldn’t eat white potatoes or drink orange juice. The potatoes have a high glycemic index and the orange juice, like so many other juices, has lots of sugar. It may not be processed, but it’s still sugar. Grapefruit juice is better and helps lose inches around the waist, by activating ketones that eat up fat cells. Whatever happened to the KLB6 diet? Kelp, Lecithin and Vitamin B6 with grapefruit. Who erased our memory? I’m going back…

  • This might be an inappropriate story at this time but realize it took place before his first term as president.. and just for reference I’m in simplistic terms half black/Afro half white/Caucasian.. So like I said it’s before he actually became president and still working his way up in politics.. I worked at a gift shop in a vacation type place and our clients were on average older white laddies .. well one of them was basically flirting with me while I helped her pick out a few things.. later when I went to ring up her purchases she said ” Wow I must say you are an attractive gentleman and look just like Barack Obama”.. and I was like ohhh oookie sure yes thank you.. honestly not knowing who he even was. . Later that day I called my mom and told her the story and the first thing she asked me was.. “she an old white lady” and I said yes of course and she just laughed and said .. I had a feeling. Moral of the story is let’s all eat pizza together.. no matter what the toppings are .. it’s still pizza and it’s gonna be delicious. . ✌🏽

  • I doubt any of this true. He probably eats healthy because of his position and wife. How did he eat in college or his teenage years. In politics and in entertainment you generally have to look well groomed thin to decent. That’s why the have meal plan experts. Look at what he likes. Which is chilli fries and burgers and beer. However he has an image to maintain. So…

  • Heh, I get it and I agree 100%. BUT at the same time, the game feels so rigged that individual effort will most likely just be taken for granted (and employers will expect that as your minimum output, so if you’re extremely productive for a year, to just go back to baseline level for whatever reason: burnout, new partner, new lifestyle that’s not all about work, they’ll see you as a slacker). If you work for yourself, 100% of what you do will go into your business and that’s great, in corporations, it will just spread out, and unless it’s a truly amazing feat (which by definition not everybody can achieve, and certainly not all the time), most people won’t even notice.
