Mc Command Center: How To Get Townies To Wear Their Saved Clothes?

not helpful at all, eventually you run outtve customized sims to take up these positions and then your game starts generating the rando potatoes again, so this is a temporary fix, not a solution EDIT: the time has come ladies and gentlemen, a working no townie mod has been found for now, zeros no random mod has now got a completed version of the no random mod that was in testing and so far im far from disappointed, it comes as a combination of the no random mod and the roles filler mod that allows you to personally select which sims youd like in each role, ive coupled this with lotharihoes’s sim spawn overhaul mod and together they have achieved perfection in my game, completely no townie spawning

One thing I am trying out with my really well-off sims is to give them a second (or more) home. How I go about this without any mods is by giving them a retail lot, placing a cash register in a dark corner that will never see the light of day (me in particular since they look strange in a resident home) like under the stairs or basement, and then going from one lot to another. Currently, I have an older couple who lives with their 2 grandchildren who have a beach home and a penthouse. I am thinking of getting a mansion in Del Sol Valley but I want to first build one (or refurbish one on the gallery). I am still only building the save file as of yet, so not sure how the bills will increase. Would never think of sharing my save file since all my sims have CC on them and I know people would not have all the CC’s I used, but having fun all the same! I am literally making all the townies and adding all the CC now before I start playing. This vid could help on how I continue to add my randomly generated townies. So thanks for the vid!

Am I the only one who prefers random sims in the game over ones I make? (for unplayed category) Yeah. I probably am the only one. It’s just that I feel like I’m meeting someone new I know nothing about. I don’t care if they’re dressed crazy, I think of it as part pf their personality. But still, this was some great info to know. This mod is pretty amazing. I’d say everyone should have it, but I’d rather say it really should be part of the standard tools that are in the game already.

Can it prevent random sims just coming in my house? Its really annoying when my sims are sleeping and the time cant speed up cuz stupid clement frost and lily feng are eating from my fridge The goodbye interaction isn’t working and the ask to leave just isnt there, and send home is not in the options either…

This only deals with tagged sims. I just downloaded a bunch of groups (5 or more) from the library and are just using them. I suck at CAS some use the same handful of sims for every game so i don’t need a tag I don’t think. I didn’t play for very long after I downloaded the gallery groups and forgot to check.

@SimsBySky, I know it has been a minute since you posted this and you have very good advice in this for the most part. However, as an originally sims 3 player that was on the NRAAS forums often, I was horrified to hear you say: “just move everything you downloaded into your mods folder!” You didn’t tell people that they should check compatibility or anything, which can royally mess up your game if you don’t have the dlc/pack/whatever ea is calling them these days. For example, if I had followed your advice, the occult and since I have saves I’m trying to update from a 3 year old version, I may have just messed up a save. I know you mean well, which is why I suggest you tell people to make a spare save to work off of with fresh mods they don’t know about. Always better safe than sorry. Sorry if this sounds harsh. I really do admire your work and your vids!
