  • Hi. I was on Tier 2 general visa where my BRP says no recourse to public fund. Due to lack of information I applied for child benefit with all the supporting documentation and they approved it. Now I researched further that child benefits also comes under public fund. This thing might impact my ILR status. Please recommend what should I do? And what might be the consequences?
