Vu Archives is a platform that catalogs and preserves historical rooms, outfits, avatars, and profiles on IMVU. They offer a suite of tools for users, including the Hidden Outfit Viewer, Product Extractor, Scan User Rooms, Avatar Card Viewer, Room Card Viewer, and Profile. The Hidden Outfit Viewer tool allows users to visualize their outfits by copying the room scene link from the Windows client. This allows users to easily change their avatar’s outfit whenever they want.
VuArchives also offers a default outfit viewer, allowing users to see anyone’s default outfit and unhide it. To use this service, right-click in the IMVU chat window, select “View products in this scene”, copy the URL, and paste it into a text box. This service also shows hidden items in the room.
There are several alternatives to IMVU-E, such as the My Outfits panel and View Products in Scene. These tools allow users to view outfits saved by other users and try them on if they aren’t hidden. VuArchives also provides an alternative to IMVU-E, which is a website where users can see other people’s outfits and try them on if they aren’t hidden.
The Profile Outfit Viewer is a new online tool that visualizes the outfit of a user shown in their IMVU profile. The featured themes for last week include Science Class, History Class, Drama Class, and more.
In summary, VuArchives offers a suite of tools for IMVU users, including the Hidden Outfit Viewer, Product Extractor, Scan User Rooms, Avatar Card Viewer, Room Card Viewer, and Profile. These tools allow users to easily view and extract IMVU outfits, discover hidden outfits, and enjoy 3D chat.

I thought this was going to allow us to invisibly enter a public room, without showing the others inside that we’ve entered lol I know people must use this program to copy other peoples outfits, which is kind of sad that they wouldn’t rather just go into shop and put together their own. I can hardly blame them though, because the catalog is just such a dirty mess xp Usually I already know what the person is wearing just by looking at them but I do like to use this program to check out new derivable meshes I haven’t seen, also to test their outfits out with mine, and see if it looks good and get inspiration to make stuff that suits them better, and never to actually buy what they’re wearing.
Even if you steal an outfit, you still have to pay for it. I don’t consider items sold to the public in shop mode stealing if you pay for the items yourself. Imitation is the highest form of flattery, and people can honestly get over themselves about a game and some clothes they threw together. Honestly all they did was buy the stuff and put it together, Its not copyrighted to them only and if people like the look I don’t see what harm it’s doing to anyone. Again, no one can steal something they bought. For some it’s probably upsetting to see your outfit worn by another but it’s literally a game that allows the same opportunity for one to buy something as the person who put the outfit together. It doesn’t mean they lack creativity, but that they like your creativity. The only issue I see is if they claim it as their own. Also, in my experience, I had to do this once because the individual I was talking to wouldnt tell me the name of some of her items and ignored me. She also had her items hidden. I really liked her avi and decided to try this out and it works. But guess what? I PAYED FOR EVERYTHING. I wasn’t handed her stuff scott free. You may disagree with me, but I don’t consider it stealing at all. Esp since in the real world people imitate things they love, whether that be an art style or clothing style or even makeup or hair.
