How To View Clothing In Ddo?

To turn visibility on/off, open the Inventory screen and click on the appropriate area – the head for helmet, goggles, both, or none, the body for armor/robe, and the knees for cloaks. Click on a category and if there are pictures, you should find them there. Alternatively, try DDO Compendium: https://ddocompendium.com/w/Category:Cosmetics.

Glamered Weapon Aura. 95 DP. Use this glamer on any glamered weapon created by the Mirror of Glamering (except bows, crossbows, hand wraps, shields, or). Preview cosmetic armor is no longer possible, possibly tied to the DDO store being closed.

There is a way to see what outfits on the DDO store look like before buying them. Under the “Preview” section in the Ddowiki link, players can view pictures of cosmetic armors “By Type”. Armor types available are heavy, medium, light, robe, and outfit. Cosmetic appearance can be toggled on and off.

Dark Plains Heavy Armor with Studded Guard, Dark Plains Light Armor with Studded Guard, Dark Plains Robe, Dark Plains Robe with Shoulder Guard, and Dark Plains Outfit are all available. Outfits typically have melee defenses such as Energy Resistances, damage guards, or augmentations to offensive damage. As of Update 11, players can preview any armor kit for free by pressing a Preview button on the armor description in the DDO Store.

DDO sells an item called a “Mirror of Glamming” in their ingame store, which allows players to make a cosmetic copy of any type of ingame item. It is unclear how to preview armor with the current setup.

  • An mini expansion is bad enought. Seeing people pay to be nerfed and unerfing a bit of spell critical with items is even worse, it´s sad. Paying to do it while betatesting is just SSG bashing the playerbase that hold their company for years. I even tried to buy it and couldn´t so I just gave up trying.
