How To Handle Creases On Denim Jeans?

To fade and distress jeans, use a crayon that matches the color of the jeans and rub it over the faded areas to create a worn-in look. Place wax paper over the colored area and warm an iron on the lowest setting to set the color. Avoid using fabric softener, dryer balls, or washing powder/liquid. Faded white lines appear where jeans crease from being worn, such as around the groin, knees, or in the back. Re-dying your jeans can help remove these wear lines.

Faded white lines can be broken by heat, so washing and/or dry tumbling your jeans too hot can break elastic threads.
