I love dancing, but over the years I’ve gained over 50 lbs. So I stopped dancing because I felt I looked too fat. However, I’m going to start dancing again a d it’s going to help me lose all of this weight. I know I’m going to have to start being more disciplined as to what food goes into my mouth. I know it can be done with determination, drive, and a willing heart.
This was my favorite part of the whole film. I’m a dancer and I have just recovered from an injury and I’m out of shape as hell. To hear her talk about rebuilding her body and perusal her struggle in the studio until she had it down was the most inspirational part for me. It made me feel like getting back to dancing how i used to is possible. So thanks Bey.💕
