However, Comcast does not offer paternity leave, and any maternity leave taken is unpaid unless otherwise specified. To qualify for the list of the best maternity leave companies, a company must offer at least 12 weeks of maternity leave.

In Mexico, the standard maternity leave period is 12 weeks (84 calendar days) and can begin up to four weeks before the expected due date. Comcast Business employees receive an extended parental leave policy, providing 16 weeks paid time off for primary caregivers and 4 weeks for non-primary caregivers. This policy supports the family’s needs and helps maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Comcast is very male-dominated, and getting a raise is difficult. However, they do offer good benefits such as 6 week paid maternity leave and lactation rooms. Parental leave is now 12 weeks for either mom or dad, paid at 100%, with an additional 4 weeks for P/T work and pay accordingly.

While 100 of Comcast employees with 6 to 10 years of experience selected “Yes” when asked about paid maternity and paternity leave, only 81 employees answered “No”.
