  • OMG, it is so good to finally watch a shopping vlog in Portugal!!!! I am so happy to know that you’ve finally come to my country!!! 😍 Unfortunately, we only have a few luxury stores. 😭 However, it will open a proper Dior boutique by the end of the year. The Dior store you’ve visited is not really a Dior boutique but a multi-brand store. You should’ve visited Stivali – it is a little “department store” and they have a Chanel corner!!! I hope you enjoyed my country and our amazing food 🥰

  • Hi Maria. I have been to Lisbon 4 times,- the last time just before the pandemic. I found Portugal the cheapest country in Western Europe on the Continent. Prices may have gone higher since then, but I hope you will find good deals. I remember especially the very beautiful underwear and nightgowns. My suitcase flew to another country and the first week of my 3rd stay there ( appr. 2016 or 17) the airline gave me money to buy the necessary things I needed. I still have a wonderfully feminine nightgown/dressing gown set in white and pink hand-embroidered silk and 2 exquisite linen summer dresses. There are treasures found outside Chanel and Dior. Try to look for their own national products. Luxury can be found in any country, – it is not typical for Portugal. Have fun.

  • Love the black LV loafers so much!!! LOL, remember being in Portugal in the 90’s and wanted to buy a pair of shoes. They all laughed and thought my father wanted to try on heels…….I am a size 41 and they had never heard of a woman having feet that big!! Regarding tax. You don’t really save on tax after Brexit. You are supposed to pay tax on those goods when you enter the UK after visiting an EU country. The import tax in the UK is 20% so you actually loose 6% on tax when you buy in Portugal.
