How Can New Clothes Be Added To Bodyslide?

Bodyslide is a Skyrim mod that allows users to customize the bodies of female characters. It is often included alongside Caliente’s Beautiful Bodies Enhancer (CBBE), a Skyrim mod that accomplishes this. Users can build outfits in Bodyslide and either move them to a new folder or add them to an existing mod. The appearance of the outfits in the game depends on the mod.

After installing new outfits, it is important to update BodySlide using the “refresh groups” option. This tool is easy to use for customizing bodies and outfits, creating new bodies and outfits, and converting outfits between body types. It is also useful for creating new projects in Outfit Studio using the New option.

To build Miime’s body in BodySlide, create an empty mod folder for the outputs. First, select a Bodyslide-ready body from the “Outfit/Body” dropdown. If you have downloaded numerous armor/clothing mods, choose one and select the “Outfit/Body” option. In the CalienteTools Bodyslide folder, find either SliderSets or SliderGroups.

Open BodySlide and build or batch build. Batch build allows users to choose several outfits and armors to be affected by a body preset or item.

  • Super new to modding at all. Wanted the sims to be in 4k and now doing the same for skyrim. Jeeeeez how complicated skyrim can be as a learning curve. Your tutorials have been the MOST helpful. Spent a whole day spam downloading and never running the game to see if it functioned. Started from scratch and deleted all executables before i realized i just had the LE version of the SkyUi…. NOOOB LOL thanks for all the helpful tutorials man! I actually enjoy skyrim for its sfw lore and role play aspects. I was quite taken aback to learn of all the NSFW aspects of sims and skyrim…. Sheesh some people are just crazy. Anyways, thanks a bunch for all the help you provide us! 🙂

  • Sorry but don’t you mean apply this preset to all existing outfits at the end there? I find this all very confusing but I think the distinction is the body preset is what you are molding and the outfits are made to conform when you hit build? F me I just want my Skyrim to look like Boris and Doris Vallejo painted it, I’ve managed to make the outfits fit touched by dibella body but somehow the women are still cbbe vanilla 😅😭

  • Hi, great article and explanation! I have one problem tho. I converted an outfit from 3ba to cbbe and now my wrists and ankles are missing when wearing that particular outfit. They are invisible and now there is a big gap from the hand to the arm. The same issue applies to the feet. That happens on all outfits i try to convert. Do you know how to fix it?

  • hi i was talking to you on youtube a couple months back, i was going to try and learn how to use bodyslide. i downloaded bodyslide. i have no clue what to do. My goal is, i downloaded this one dress off Nexus. its CBBE but am using a UNP base. it made the titz shrink. so i’d like to restore them back to full size.
