Be At Ease, My Dear. Florence Pugh Clothes?

In the film Don’t Worry Darling, Florence Pugh and Harry Styles play Alice and Jack, a picture-perfect, horny, and in love couple living in a carefree Rat Pack lifestyle. The characters’ outfits are never wrinkled, with aprons worn over flawless, pretty-as-a-picture outfits. The themes in this time period were bright colors like mint, warm and pastel yellows, turquoise, and mint.

Florence Pugh attended the Venice Film Festival premiere of the movie wearing a sequined Valentino gown on the red carpet. The film’s stars, including Wilde, Florence Pugh, Harry Styles, and Chris Pine, look like they’re living a carefree Rat Pack lifestyle, but something is off-kilter. Florence Pugh, one of the A-list’s freshest dressers, took the naked-dress trend to the next level with her off-the-shoulder Valentino Haute Couture.

Costume designer Arianne Phillips shares Old Hollywood inspirations and Easter eggs in the period wardrobes of Florence Pugh, Harry Styles, and Alice Chambers. To create an Alice from Don’t Worry Darling Halloween costume, wear a white dress reminiscent of her character’s style and add intrigue by lightly splattering the clothes. The clothes are not isolated, but connected to the character and help underscore the tone and mood.

  • this movie was so good, but it made me so uncomfortable and scared 😂 one of my favourite things to do when a movie nearly (or not so nearly) traumatizes me, i go to look at the behind the scenes. from a theatre kid perspective (and a logical one), i know that it is fake, but just the mere thought of it being real or becoming real scares the hell out of me. perusal the behind the scenes shows me not only how it was made, but the laughs/gagreel, and that it was fake and the actors are actually okay.
